Situated atop of the island Paradiso offers the ultimate in privacy and island living, This exceptional island retreat features two large pavilions, expansive outdoor entertaining areas, three queen bedrooms, three bathrooms and a double loft bed all set admist vibrant tropical gardens with captivating north facing river views.
Dangar island is the only car free island in NSW all within eighty minutes from CBD. The property backs onto the national park, on a double block of land.
There are internal and external stairs so not suitable for young children or folks with mobility issues.
Included are a semi commercial kitchen, twelve seater dining table, and pool/air hockey table in the under house games room with an outdoor pizza oven and fire pit.
This is not a party house, Dangar is an inclusive, creative, residential area, so noise complaints are dealt with the same as any other residential area.. Come enjoy the birdlife, stunning surrounds situated on the mightly Deerubbin (Hawkesbury) river. Local bushwalks, boating and swimming on the river and soak up natures tranquility.
