If you’re ever in Swansea visit, PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. They charge you an additional £100 security deposit. You’re better off staying at the premier inn down the road

Single rooms are a good saving for a coach driver waiting over a weekend. The room had everything I needed & a nice view. Not flashy, but well maintained. The only downsides were that the TV required paying an outside provider, however with excellent WiFi, I just used U-Tube & BBC Sounds on my mobile phone. Also the cup was a bit small for my requirements.

Staff very friendly and helpful BUT

The hotel requires a £150 deposit! In cash you get it a checkout once the room hss been checked, use a credit card and it will be refunded within 3- 5 days! Totally unacceptable I am not a room wrecker and it is not Falaraki! Also I paid extra for a Superior room.not sure what was superior about it - would not stay again.
