Welcome to "Marsh Mellow," your very own coastal sanctuary, boasting five bedrooms and five modern bathrooms, situated on the serene West End of Holden Beach. With beach access just across Ocean Boulevard, the warm sands are only a short stroll away. Enjoy lounging poolside with your favorite book in hand or spend the day playing in the sand & sea.

Take the elevator up and you will be greeted with a spacious and bright open floorplan. The main living areas of the home are on the second floor featuring bright coastal decor. The kitchen is equipped with updated appliances making it easy to prepare delicious meals for your family and friends. The comfortable living room is perfect for unwinding from busy days or enjoying movie nights. Downstairs, you will find a secondary living area, pool table, and kitchenette offering space for all! Everyone is sure to be well rested with 5 spacious bedrooms, 2 upstairs and 3 downstairs all complete with balcony access.

Unwind and relax...pool side! Swim some laps to cool off, or sunbathe by the pool. Enjoy ice cold beverages around the tiki bar with the ocean breeze in the air. After your day on the beach, wash away the sand and sea in the enclosed outdoor shower, making the transition from outside to inside easy. House was large, comfortable with all the amenities. Enjoyed the pool table, and themed bedroom decor. The pool was clean and serviced throughout the week. Upon arrival we were disappointed to find that there was no toilet paper and only 1 hand soap for all bathrooms. The kitchen trash can cabinet was dirty. The elevator was not working and we did inform the property manager. Aside from these minor inconveniences we were overall pleased with the property and would recommend.
