Very clean, large house with 7 comfy beds. Was a good option for a group of men in town for a football game. Close to grocery stores and easy access to both Boulder and Denver. Nice neighborhood. Great downstairs game room. Would definitely stay here again.

Great property for hanging out in the Boulder area

We came for a 2 night stay to ski at Eldora. The place was great, very clean. Perfect for 12 of us and the kids loved it. Great location close to shopping and eating. The property manager or owner replied very quickly to our needs. Would stay again.

Fabulous property.

We were two adult couples in town to visit our daughters in college. The location was lovely and house was exactly what was needed: convenient, very comfortable and very clean with all of the basic necessities. Communication with the owner was friendly, helpful and very easy. I thoroughly recommend the property and owner.

Great Location and Host

We rented this house for a month for 3 of our co-workers to stay and work at. It was perfect, great location, near trails, near grocery stores, and close to Boulder and Denver. The house is amazing with plenty of space and everything you could think of. Nicole, was very responsive. Would rent again!

This place is lovely, great location to boulder/denver. Trails next to the house and plenty of space for large groups. The house is also has everything you could possibly need and Nicole is a great host!
