I could hear every single movement of the person next door and they were up fumbling around in their room until 11 or 12 at night. Plus, the scent of whatever pungent food they were cooking wafted into the room. Won’t be staying here again.

No Hot Water in the shower! I showed the staff there was hot water at both sinks, so I know they were not out of hot water. I explained that maintenance needed to adjust the hot water setting on the shower faucet handle. I was told there was nothing they could do. This is not acceptable. I was not even offered a partial refund or anything. Do not stay here!

Room felt very generic bathroom floor was dirty. I was given a handicap room without knowing and had bath tub. I was right by the main lobby door and the door woke me up many times through the night when it slammed. People were stopping like crazy upstairs on and off all night. I was woke up at 4am so i decided to just leave and i didn't need to leave for my destination until 11am. Absolutley miserable! Also the closure over the window shown light in the room all night long.
