Our Room was clean but the hallway and elevator floors were dirty. Muddy footprints and squished spiders. The AC in our room was not working so our room Was Hot. The plug was tripped out and The window would not close. Breakfast was mediocre. They had pancakes which my kids were excited about but the were out of regular syrup and only had “diet syrup” which of course didn’t taste good. The boiled eggs tasted like they had been frozen.

The room and facilites were great. Comy clean bed. Late at night there were some people yelling outside that i could hear and also there were some kids running the halls making a bunch of noise. Thats not the hotels fault.

The pool was unavailable. I received a voicemail from management regarding it. The hotel staff at the front desk was never available. Regardless of the time of day, they were never there. The cooking and cleaning crew was perfect ONLY!!!
