I stayed in the remodeled area which I would recommend asking for specifically. The room was very nice, the problem was the service and customer experience. At this price point, I would expect a working television. Once it was begrudgingly acknowledged that the t.v. was on lock, calls were made- however, the situation was not resolved over my 2 day, $1500 stay. Everything else was great but when an issue as large as this (I was planning to watch movies all weekend) goes unresolved for 2 days- it kind of gives you a bad vibe. They did give me a $50 discount upon checkout but I would have gladly paid $50 to have the issue resolved and feel respected as a guest. Enjoy the spa, I would think twice about staying there- guest services need work.

The Le Parc Hotel Obernai is the best and most unique hotel that I have stayed in Europe. It is set in Obernai which is a charming city with history and small restaurants and shops. The hotel staff was wonderful and the design of the hotel was a perfect mixture of modern and classic. Our room was new and very roomy with a little outside area and a very comfortable bed. The restaurant had wonderful food and service. The spa, is very unique and cool. Multiple floors of different kinds of rooms and treatments and a little maze of pools in the bottom floor with a surprise in each little nook. The treatments were wonderful and reasonable. Can’t complaint about anything. It was a wonderful experience and if we are in the area I would stay there in a second.

Check-in simple/professionnal, but not warm neither smiling. Room are small but very clean. Small building so we felt like family hotel. Reception at the spa is the same: quick explanations, we had the impression to catch a train instead of being welcomed to a wellness spa (a smile with a sweet voice would be a plus for the 500€ we spent during 1day+1night, even during rush hours). The Yonaguni spa itself is amazing Restaurant staff was friendly and efficient.

Great hotel in charming small city

We had a “superior” room on the top (4th floor) front with a small balcony overlooking a park. The windows had electric shutters so we could make theroom dark and slerp late. The restaurant in the hotel is not cheap but the food is incredible. The breakfast is also great with eggs to order plus a big buffet. Obernai is lovely little city (not a village) with shops and yet it is not overwhelming like Colmar. Obernai is our favorite of our stops in Alsace. There is a lovely pool and Spa for those who partake of such things.

It would be nice to have a coffee/tea maker in the room. The hotel is a bit of a maze with different staircases and hallways to navigate but it has old world charm. It’s worth upgrading to a junior suite. Overall location is great and a wonderful hotel to explore the Alsace region.

Nice rooms, good drinks options at the bar. Staff did an excellent job of recommending good restaurants in town. Parking was somewhat limited. We would definitely return to Le Parc!

My little castle

The hotel was amazing!!! Its a little castle very pretty inside and out!! I arrived and found that they have upgraded my room to give me the junior suite with a very nice view!!! The staff were friendly. The room very clean and spacious. I loved everything about it Thank you Le Parc Hotel for making my stay "agreable"

Very nice family owned hotel with great food

The hotel is very nice, the saunas are good. The massages we had were very good! We did not go to any restaurant in Obernai because we found the hotel restaurant had the best menu. The food at the restaurant was absolutely fantastic!!!

Five Star Gem in Obernai, France!

We arrived after driving for seven hours to be greeted by the front desk staff in warm and welcoming way. While here the staff made us feel at home. From the Housekeepers to the wait staff, this is surely a five star gem. I would recommend this hotel to anyone in the Alsace Region. The Staff at the Asiane Spa was superb! Overall, AWSOME!!

Everything about this hotel is done well from its beautiful traditional facade to the interior halls to the very comfortable room. Rooms are priced reasonably though dinner is pricey ((but in a lovely dining area and delicious ). It was a terrific hotel.i hope I can return some day.

Definitely quaint but not sure what the appeal is. Views from hotel are mediocre, some rooms very small, bathrooms outdated, no trash cans or mini-fridges. In-hotel restaurant is not open on Mondays, and food in bar/room service is not on par with a four star hotel. Had a croque Monsieur sandwich and it was a glorified grilled cheese.

classy and comfortable

This is a luxurious and beautiful hotel with an elaborate spa. The room was extremely comfortable and had a small balcony with chairs outside. Everything was in perfect condition. It is a bit outside of the town. We decided not to take the hotel breakfast because of the high price but we did enjoy a glass of wine in the bar. The service was very good overall.

Slightly out of place

A nice hotel but the location is not good if you're looking for a cute town. Our view was that of a parking lot and a street that had no particular charm. The hotel seemed a bit out of place and the immediately surrounding area was sterile. Only about a 10 min walk to the town of Obernai, which was quaint. The proximity to Strasbourg is good. I rented a deluxe room, very different from that of the picture.
