Everything was clean and comfortable. The location can’t be beat. We were welcomed warmly by the friendly fellow manning the desk. I only gave it 4 stars because the property is still under renovation, so the pool and hot tub weren’t available, and we weren’t able to get the first floor room we had reserved. I have no doubt that a future stay would earn full marks.

It's good, I would stay again, but it has gotten quite expensive for what it is and what they offer. It's nothing special, but they charge a lot. Rooms are fine, clean, but not super big or special. Some noise from bowling is audible.

The staff was extremely courteous and offered complementary cookies and got a fire going for us while we played card games in the lounge. The room was very clean and being able to park right in front of our door for the loft room made unpacking and packing a breeze.

The property was located in a good location and provided adequate amenities; however, they really didn't advise that they were going through major renovations, and the 7:30 am wake-up to loud construction noises was awful. Two days before our stay, we were advised that the pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance. In the end, we would have made reservations elsewhere to avoid these issues.

I cannot say enough great things about this property. Especially the front desk girl at night. I believe her name is Alicia. She was so sweet and so helpful with all of questions. The bowling staff was amazing and friendly too. Our second time staying here and we love it!! Just a side note….. our room was literally outside of the construction they have going on until December. It was NOISY!!! They start early too. When I booked with Expedia, there was zero mention of construction
