It was a total mis match for us. The first sign of trouble was the 4 flights of steps that were narrow and hard to haul luggage up. The lock on the door to the unit was a padlock which didn’t have a marking as to where to line up the numbers. We reached out to the host but got no answer. Seems like a proper lock should be at the door to a VRBO rental. Once in the unit we experienced several issues. It was very hot, the hosts left no water- which we have always found in a VRBO and the hosts left did not reply to our question on the lock for 3 hours. They left 2 thin towels, no soap in the shower and no working plugs to the 2 sinks. This allowed for no way to wash anything out. The worst was the noise at night. Since we couldn’t close the windows, we heard partying from the street until 2:00 in the morning. When we asked the host if they had a fan, we got no response. Maybe it was just a mismatch for us. We are used to premier hosts and this was not in that league at all.
