Clean rooms & baths with heated bathroom floor, pleasant staff esp reception, great breakfast selection, near transportation (Arlanda express & Stockholm main station), shopping, restaurants, cafes along Vasagatan, Kungsgatan & surrounding neighborhood. Walking distance to Gamla Stan, Royal Palace. My single bed mattress dipped in the center. Wd be ideal if the mattress could be flipped /changed to give better back support , better sleep to guests .

Best hotel on my latest trip to Europe. Excellent service. Big room and bathroom with additional living room. Breakfast buffet is huge. Great location, close to Stockholm Central Station and walkable distance to Gamla Stan (Old Town). I would definitely return again. Highly recommended.

I stayed at the hotel from 8/27–8/29. On the first night, the room was uncomfortably cold, so I reached out to the front desk about heating. I was told the building controls the heating system and that nothing could be done on their end. I then asked if a space heater could be provided, but was told the earliest I could receive one would be the following day. The staff also mentioned that I was the only guest who had complained about the issue in the past couple of weeks. This response left me feeling that my concern wasn’t taken seriously and that there was little effort made to resolve the problem promptly. In the end, nothing was provided to address the situation during my stay.

The hotel was in a very good location for our stay in Stockholm. It was comfortable and the cleaning staff was very good. The reception area was comfortable and the coffee and ice water was very welcome. On the whole, we would recommend the hotel, especially to anyone taking the train or looking for a location within easy walking distance of good restaurants and sites. However, there were no maps at the front desk to help us get around, and some of the front desk staff, while very friendly, weren’t very knowledgeable about the area or suggestions about where we might find things such as postage stamps, etc.

Great location across from Central train station and the 18 min airport train. Shopping street nearby and short walk to the water and old town. Room was very small and two twin beds right next to each other so not great if you like some space. Shower had great water pressure and nice shampoo. Wonderful breakfast.
