My wife had difficulty with the exterior stairway going to our room, so the manager moved us to another room with an elevator access, at no extra charge. Very accommodating and made a world of difference. Very appreciated.

Our stay was great at this hotel. The room was quite large. The bed & pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was sufficient. The food and service at the onsite lounge and restaurant was excellent! Location was perfect, close to restaurants and shopping. We would stay there again when visiting family.

The restaurant was closed for two days which meant convenient entrances were closed as well. Pool was closed as well. Paid highly for services we did not receive. Continental breakfast was a bagged breakfast - some sort of gross burrito and a banana

The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. They could take some time to do some cleaning. There were spills down the side of dresser and someone before us picked a pimple in the mirror and it was still there. Gross. Once you see something in plain sight that is dirty, everything feels gross and wonder what you are not seeing.

Over all, this was not a good stay. We paid $220 for a bed…the pool and hotel restaurant were both shut down AND the room actually smelled of backed up sewer. We left the doors open to air it out. It was FAR too expensive with zero perks. We were even with a large group, you would think they would have been prepared.
