Walked in, desk clerk was completely inept and after a half hour I asked him to cancel my room FREE OF CHARGE and I went to another hotel. HORRIBLE. WILL NEVER BOOK HERE AGAIN AND WILL TWLL EVERYONE I CAN TO NOT USE THIS HOTEL

The place was clean and new and the staff was pleasant. Very few amenities which is fine if you know. Each suite had a kitchenette but no pans or dishes. You had to pay for those if you wanted them. That should be clear on Expedia. I would stay again, now that I know.

The individual working the desk needs to be in a different profession. He was bothered by having to check me in and proceeded to berate me because I needed to use the lobby restroom. “You have a bathroom in your room” was the quote. As if I didn’t know there was a bathroom in my room. Also, the shower in the room was the worst I’ve ever experienced at a hotel, with no water pressure whatsoever
