We were visiting Steamboat celebrating our anniversary’s with another couple. The unit is small especially the bathroom, but it fit our needs just fine. Communication with the management company was very good. They checked in often with us to see if we got in ok and if we needed anything. I really appreciated that effort.

Nicely remodeled

My son and I stayed a few nights over president’s weekend. The condo is super close to the bus line, clean and well-maintained. The downstairs was spacious and the kitchen was newly renovated. Communication with the property manager was excellent. The only drawback was the size of the upstairs bathroom. The lower powder room was under cleverly located under the staircase.

Convenient, clean, and spacious

The condo was well equipped, clean and conveniently located. Beds were not comfortable - one really hard and the other very lumpy. No extra blankets at all and the one on the beds was very thin. Lots of "do's and don'ts" or "you will pay damage fee". Not a friendly welcoming environment. Had no idea where hot tub was located. We found the bus stop but a quick note as to where it was located is usually included in information.

Great location and very cozy

Our family visited on the first cold weekend of the season and we found the townhouse to be very comfortable and cozy. We loved the gas fireplace which threw off a lot of heat. The location is fantastic. Town, the hot springs, and the ski area are all nearby. The townhouse was well stocked, comfortable, and looked just like the listing.

Perfect location

Updated 2 bedroom. Nothing fancy but clean and absolutely perfect. The communication with the property was also great. My husband and I stayed there with our 2 elementary aged kids. We were within walking or bus distance to bike paths, river, shopping, hiking. Great time.

The condo was perfect for our family of 4. Check in couldn’t have been easier. The condo was very clean. Being just steps from the free bus stop was perfect for those that wanted to ski and those that didn’t. Itrip was very accessible if I had had any questions or concerns.

Fabulous Property

This property was impressively clean and well maintained. It is also charmingly updated with thoughtful amenities such as body wash and lotion, shampoo and conditioner, as well as a hair dryer with the diffuser attachment- which for me was a lifesaver since I forgot mine. Having the shuttle stop literally steps away saved us from having to park to ski. If the timing works out again, this would be our first choice property.

Wonderful, Quiet and Comfortable

We were quite pleased with this property. It is remodeled very nicely with quality finishes. It was perfect size for my husband and I. We enjoyed having our car parked right out front and it is a quiet neighborhood. We loved the close access to the bike trail and easy drive to all the great things Steamboat has to offer.

Peaceful and Lovely

Was visiting my daughter in Steamboat Springs. We loved the peaceful, lovely and well appointed townhome so much that we were there most of my visit. Having that kind of space really afforded me some quality time spent with my daughter. Beautiful natural light, great kitchen, wonderful walking options.... I would return to this home in a heartbeat.

Steamboats BEST kept secret

You know when you book a place and you hope it doesn’t suck? We had the exact opposite reaction. I’ve been coming to steamboat since I was in the womb, and I gotta say we were blown away how nice this place was. Massive value, well done on the new everything on the inside, wish we booked for longer.

Very clean, well-stocked, and comfortable stay but sofa bed did not live up to expectations

This was one of the most well kept and clean rentals I have ever stayed at. The check-in process was very easy and the condo had everything we needed for our weekend stay. There were plenty of sheets and towels along with a very useable kitchen. The one issue we had was with the sofa bed. We booked this condo hoping to be able to have three beds but the sofa bed turned out to be very uncomfortable. It was not a real mattress and felt like a thin box spring. It was the major downfall of this place and caused skiing to be more difficult after barely having slept. This is something to keep in mind if you plan on using the bed aspect of the sofa.
