Host was ok, amenities did not meet expectations or value paid. I rented 2 years ago thru VBRO in Winter Park and property met expectations, but this failed. My daughter in law is discussing this with Mountain Resorts, but they don't seem to understand the gap

This Unit is a duplex -- not a residence and the fact that it was a duplex should be in the listing. It was advertised as Air Conditioned and it is not. There are two tiny wall mounted AC Units -- the Unit was 88 degrees when we checked in and never completely cooled down. The mattress in the Master Bedroom was lumpy and needs to be replaced. The Unit was large and clean

Fun Thanksgiving

Three generation gathering over Thanksgiving weekend. Three levels were perfect for our three family units yet common area was comfortable for together time. Unit is located way up the ski area but private shuttle included with rental made getting to/from town convenient. Fun time had by all.

85th birthday celebration

Lovely location, but the temperature inside the unit, when we arrived, was 93. We were told, they were still cleaning up until our check in. Would have been nice if the crew would have turned on the air conditioner and/or opened windows and turned on fans. Not a fun way to begin the weekend. We eventually got the unit cooled down and followed the suggestions that were given. Also, would suggest having a supply of paper towels, tin foil, etc. on hand.

The space was great and we loved the location. We used the BBQ which was nice to have and plenty of items in the kitchen for preparing meals. Had great areas to hang out.

Steamboat is heaven in the summer and this property is a beautiful gateway.

I stayed here with my husband, our two adult daughters and their dogs. It is a spacious home with the bedrooms spread out over three levels. The outdoor decks were wonderful. And all of us were in love with the induction stovetop!!! The kitchen was well stocked with all the knives, cutting boards and spatulas we needed. Overall a great stay!

Super place!

LOVED this townhome. The ameneties are all top of the line. It is a lovely place for many people to stay. We had ample sleeping space for all of us (5 adults and 4 kids). The hot tub was lovely as well. We saw a moose in the backyard on day 1, then all 3 mornings we saw a hot air balloon take flight, to the delight of the twin nearly 2 year olds! Great views from the living room. The check in process was a breeze. We will be back!

This house is very nice. Our group of 8 felt very comfortable - there was definitely room for more. Great kitchen, very nice bathrooms and an amazing view.

Overall, very positive. We had some minor maintenance concerns, which were addressed in a timely fashion. A little bit of a walk to the slopes. Lovely views from most of the rooms, with great sunrises.

Great Stay, Lacks Parking

The home itself is great. It's well accommodated and we all enjoyed having a place to relax after long, hot days in the sun. My biggest issue with this place is that it indeed still sleep 10 people, but it's highly unlikely that many people are going to be in one vehicle. This means that you'll have to ferry people to the only other parking spots which are over a mile away. I would highly recommend this place for sizeable groups as long as you all come in one, maybe two vehicles.

Steamboat escape

The property was great. Location was awesome for summer and winter fun. The property wasn't quite ready for check it but not a significant delay (~1 hr) to get in. There were a few small issues which were resolved immediately. Would rent this property and from pioneer ridge again.
