Had an excellent stay. The unit was walkable to the ski lift and the staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. We would certainly stay with them again. To the staff: thanks for cheering on my Seahawks on Sunday!

We did enjoy our time there but there were a couple of hiccups. I never received the code to check in and it took a couple calls to get it taken care of. The office was very helpful and patient. It was much hotter than normal and there were no fans. Again, the office responded quickly and brought a couple down. None of the plugs in the kitchen worked and the coffee maker appeared to be broken. We did call the front office. It was after hours and we left a message but never heard back. Additionally, the parking was a mess. There were 4 units sharing the parking spots outside of a garage for each unit and each unit could have 1 car outside the garage. If everyone had a car outside of the garage it would be impossible to get in and out. This is an issue pretty much wherever you stay in Steamboat.
