Retro-inspired furnishings and thoughtful touches give the space a warm, memorable character. Just off the living area, the compact kitchen makes everyday cooking convenient during your stay. A full-size range and oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher give you the essentials for preparing everything from a quick breakfast to a homemade dinner, while the coffee maker makes easy mornings a breeze.

THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer are available in the home.

• Parking lot parking is available for 1 vehicle. A parking pass is required and must be displayed on the vehicle dashboard throughout your stay. Please park in the lower parking lot and do not park near the stairs, as this is a fire exit and needs to remain accessible for winter plowing.

• This home has 70+ stairs to access and is not recommended for elderly guests or those who have difficulty climbing stairs.



Stateline offers an ideal base for experiencing the Lake Tahoe area, with mountain scenery, outdoor adventures, and local entertainment all within reach. For winter getaways, Heavenly Mountain Resort's Stagecoach area is nearby, making it easy to enjoy a day on the slopes before returning to your mountain retreat.
