Located just 90 minutes away from Montreal in the beautiful Eastern Townships of Quebec.

Escape the hustle and bustle and unwind in our cozy cottage. Situated on 3 acres, Chalet des Herons is nestled in a serene setting that will make you feel one with nature. Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway, family retreat or adventure filled weekend, our charming cottage is the ideal destination.

Water access to lake Memphremagog is just a 5 minute walk from the cottage and the Fitch Bay Marina is ~5km away

Groceries, convenience store, gas station and liquor store are 5 minutes away in the town of Fitch Bay.

Our property is also well located within the Eastern Townships:

- Ski Mont Orford and Parc National Mont Orford 30 Minutes
- US border 15 minutes
- Jay Peak 45 minutes

The house features 3 bedrooms on the second floor and a bathroom. On the main floor you will find a large open kitchen that is fully stocked, the living room with gas fireplace, dining room, sun room with beautiful views on the forest and a powder room with washer/dryer. Basement features a large family room that doubles as a 4th bedroom with a murphy bed and closed doors, as well as the large game room that includes a pool table, dart board, board games and a large pub style table with seating for 8. House is fully stocked with essential amenities (linens, towels, etc.) and includes in limited quantities garbage bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels and kleenex.

Using the hot tub
- Access hot tub from back door of garage and walk down the steps
- Before using the hot tub we ask that you please rinse off in the shower. This is to help maintain clear and clean water for all our guests. Body soap, detergents and sweat will throw off balance of the water.
- Towels are provided for hot tub use, and will either be left in the garage on the counter or on the beds.

Other things to note:
- We have outdoor surveillance cameras for security purposes. One in the front of the house, two at the back (pool and spa are in view) and at the 2nd garage

J'ai passé quelques jours dans ce chalet et je le recommande vivement ! La propriétaire était toujours disponible et très réactive, ce qui a vraiment ajouté à la tranquillité de notre séjour. Le chalet est très bien équipé, il ne manque de rien, et il est d'une propreté impeccable. L'endroit est parfait pour se ressourcer, entouré de nature, tout en offrant tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour agréable. Un vrai coup de cœur !

Exceptional!

The best experience! This home is very fancy, clean, and spacious. The pool table at the game room kept us entertained. The kitchen is very well equipped with pots and pans, dishes, and cutlery. All the beds are super comfy. Towels are sparkling white. Every room has it's own thermostat So you can adjust it as you wish. Mike is a great host and very responsive. We will stay in his house again and highly recommend it.

Magnifique propriété

Nous avons adorés notre séjour! La maison est spacieuse, chaleureuse et très bien équipée. La salle de séjour au sous sol est vraiment grande et la table de billard et les jeux de société ont été un grand succès auprès des petits et des grands. J’ai mis 4 étoiles au niveau de l'exactitude de l'annonce car il semblait y avoir un bord de l'eau accessible de la propriété, mais en fait, il faut marcher pour y accéder. Mais la cour arrière de la propriété est très belle et il y a un bel endroit pour faire des feux extérieurs. Je retournerais sans hésiter dans cette maison.
