Welcome to St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands! Our condo comes with some of the highest quality furniture and accessories available on the island. The open floor plan boasts the LARGEST square footage of any 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit in the community. Our condo also happens to be the ONLY east facing 1 bedroom unit, which means you can use your private balcony all day in the relaxing shade. Or you could potentially take a relaxing swim in one of the 3 gorgeous pools located within the community or maybe even a game of tennis. Maybe you would rather take a short 2 minute walk to enjoy Bolongo Bay Beach, where you can swim, snorkel or just sit back and enjoy the beautiful view.

Step into your fully renovated kitchen featuring all the amenities needed to ensure the best possible experience without compromise. Some of these amenities include a beautiful hand made hard surface countertop with custom tile back splash, fully equipped kitchen including all essential kitchen supplies for cooking and baking. There is an over the range microwave, blender, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, Corelle dishes, stainless pots and pans and plenty of silverware and other essential kitchen utensils and of course a dishwasher.

Indulge in a relaxing sleep in the bedroom that features a king sized Dr Oz memory foam mattress, large Roku smart TV, blackout blinds, lots of closet space, ceiling fan, pedestal fan, matching night stands with USB charging ports and premium linens and plush pillows.

The living room is very spacious with a high end king sized Luonto sleeper sofa. Enjoy a cup of coffee, read a book or simply enjoy the sight of the ocean in our matching Luonto swivel recliner chair. There is also a Twin XL day bed with a Dr Oz memory foam mattress and 65” Smart TV. The unit has central AC which was just replaced and up-sized to maximize cooling capacity, high speed Wi-Fi internet and high capacity washer and dryer. Keyless entry for your convenience.

The bathroom is newly renovated and updated. We have ample towels for your stay. We also have beach towels for you to use when head out to the pool or to the beach.

Please note that there’s a set of stairs to get up to our condo. There’s no elevator available. There’s one parking space included. There’s a lot of taxi services in St. Thomas but renting a car is highly recommended.

Sea Cliff is walking distance to Bolongo Bay Beach Resort where you can swim, snorkel or just relax and enjoy the view. You can also plan a sailing trip with their Heavenly Day Catamaran, dine at their Iggies Beach Bar and Grill and enjoy nightly entertainment.
We are walking distance to Mim’s Seaside Bistro. Enjoy their famous coconut curry lobster and delicious seafood dishes.

And just about 10 minutes away to Red Hook. Red Hook is the proverbial anchor of the East End of St. Thomas. Red Hook has a lot to offer! There is: a marina; fishing and boating excursions; ferries to St. John and BVI); island-style shops; restaurants and bars; offices; banks and more! Stroll, shop, have a drink or dine.
