Beah was closed on the property due to seaweed and it smelled horrible, we had no TV our entire stay, food wasn’t good all .. breakfast was limited due to them saying they didn’t have certain things on the menu.. overall experience was horrible.. however we had a great time at near by islands

i Called last week spoke to someone told them before we left to go on the vacation that the beach was shut down and I wanted 4 days for free so they called the hotel and the hotel lied to you guys or you lied to me we had to pay 120 dollars to taxi us to a near beach each way crazy expensive we spent over 1600 in taxi rides to just go to the beach I would like a refund the smell of the beach we stayed at was nasty smelt. Like dead fish I would like someone to look into this you shouldn’t sell people trips if you don’t know if the beach is usable I want answers!

property was well kept up and beautiful. rooms were nice. they had shuttles/taxis there anytime we needed one to leave property. the restaurant staff was nice, although, their pace is a little slower than what we are used to on the mainland. the only thing I did not like was that we called for housekeeping due to dropping and breaking coffee pot full of coffee by accident. I called and asked for housekeeping and was told they do not do daily housekeeping during your stay. I said this is not daily housekeeping, we had an accident and would like it cleaned and mopped and they would not send someone out. Very disappointed in that aspect. I really feel they failed us on customer service.

The staff was great and very helpful . The food was just OK. I have been to several Margaritaville restaurants and the was surprised the food was not the same quality. And no other food options but 1 restaurant. The cafe was over whelmed and made it hard to use as a food option .

The resort grounds are breathtaking and the amenities are awesome, like the golf cart "taxis" that will take you anywhere on the resort, which is awesome since everything sits on a hill, and the drivers are extremely friendly and helpful.
