Me encantan las vistas al mar desde la terraza de la piscina, el dormitorio principal, la cocina y la sala de estar! La piscina salina es deliciosa. Una cocina completamente equipada y barbacoas al atardecer lo hacen sentir como un hogar lejos del hogar. Hay 3 habitaciones privadas en el nivel superior y un apartamento completo debajo con capacidad para 4 personas.

If you’re looking for a private home & pool with absolutely STUNNING views, look no further than this one. By far, the large wrap patio/balcony overlooking Frenchman’s Cove is the biggest W about this property. It will be hard to come inside. Sunrises, sunsets, watching the cruise ships come in and out ( which isn’t loud or disturbing at all). Just beautiful actually. The outdoor pool is a perfect complement. So many properties I saw that also had pools appeared close to the edge/mountain and those options made me terrified as we have a non-verbal autistic grandson who is 6. We stayed over Christmas & used the kitchen a lot. Honestly, the only things we didn’t see that would have been nice to have are cooking spray, measuring cups & teaspoons. There was a 1/2 cup, which is what we needed. The fully stocked kitchen was a bonus. I liked how the host kept plenty of trash bags, dishwasher tabs, paper towels & toilet paper there, as well as washing machine detergent even though we brought our own. Very helpful & appreciated…. If we have another family gathering in STT, I wouldn’t hesitate booking again. Thank you Laurie

We loved our stay. It was a very convenient location and provided a great starting point for any destination on the island. We loved the pool and patio area and spent most of our time there. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Broken furniture, bugs, dirty pool

One of the bedrooms has a broken bed. Dining room glass was broken on the edge taped with duck tape Not safe at all fell while I was sitting with the family broke and shattered. One of us could have been hurt. Living room furniture dirty had to put sheet over it to be able to sit down. Beautiful view from the balcony but there is no way you can sit on the furniture. All beat up and filthy. Not worth the money they charge!

paradise

what an amazing week we had, i would recommend this property to anyone who wants space, views, well stocked kitchen. Property is amazing, the views are spectacular, plenty of kitchen ware, pots/pans et cetera. I don't know that there was anything lacking. It was nice to have the house beach towels to utilize and having a washer and dryer in both spaces was a plus, i would definitely rest this property again. The pool was a plus .

Nice Tropical Home

Home was lovely and well stocked. Communication was great until the last day. Having your own pool and watching the sunset from the balcony was amazing. Only issue- the downstairs bedroom has clearly been smoked in, attempted to communicate this with the owner who clearly did not believe us and would not communicate with us on a way to compensate us for this issue. My daughter became quite ill because of an allergy to cigarette smoke. I would appreciate people being honest when listing places about being non smoking.

4th of July get away

We were on island visiting family for the 4th of July. We have stayed at many villas on STT and the consensus of our group is that this is one of the best views and location. The villa was clean, Kitchen had everything we needed including spices. Beach towels, chairs, cooler, pool floats etc...the AC units throught the villa work very efficiently. Kept the place cool without struggling. Although we did not have any power outages, it was assuring that there was a generator on site. The technician stopped by and introduces himself. Laurie made the rental process very easy and seamless. Candice (property manager) and her team were very responsive and helpfull with things to do and new restaurants to try. The location is close to grocery stores, night spots etc...this was a gem of a find.

Family/Friends trip to St Thomas

Great place to stay with awesome views. Had everything we needed. Some games for the day that we took off to shop and relax. Pool was great for teenagers. Very secure property and attentive host. We would recommend and stay there again. Had a great driver and had groceries delivered from cost u less. No problems not renting a car. We had a party of 10 and this was the perfect place for us. We were able to watch cruise ships come into port as well which was a plus!

Beautiful views but many problems

We loved the views from the top deck and we loved the pool. The house was hard to find initially with the directions. You can’t just use a GPS for sure. We had many issues with the power and generator. 4 out of 7 days the power went out and we went 1 night without AC in most of the rooms. It took over 24 hours to fix the living room AC and it was very hot. We were showed how to start the generator and we did that a few times but then told not to touch the generator. We just didn’t think what we paid was worth what we got.

Truly incredible views and I WILL stay here again!!!

I stayed at Laurie’s property for 7 nights/8 days and it was nothing short of a dream. The views were absolutely incredible - the pool was perfect. And everyone had plenty of space and was comfortable in her home. It's SO close to Redhook, downtown center, Magen’s Bay, and Charolette Amalie. A fantastic location to get pretty much anywhere you need to go on island. I would reccomend renting a car - but you need to anywhere you would stay on island! (Unless you love paying for cabs) Only saying that as a heads up for future travelers. YOU NEED TO STAY HERE!!!! Next time I come to St Thomas I will 100% stay at Laurie’s property if it’s open. Thank you for everything!!!

We loved our stay here. There were only 5 of us (including our 4-year-old granddaughter), so we just used the upstairs. The indoor space is wonderful -- very open and comfortable. And the kitchen is very well stocked. The view from the pool deck and balcony is drop-dead gorgeous, and we loved watching the cruise ships coming and going. It was clear that this is a house that is used often for vacations because there are so many nice touches -- plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, floaties for the pool, stuffed animals (which our granddaughter much appreciated) and board games and puzzles which amused the adults. We loved having the grill outside and used it almost every night. Communication with the hosts was outstanding. On day 2 we locked our valuables in the in-room safe and managed to miskey the combination to open it. After many failed guesses at the right combination, I texted the host. Within the hour, someone came, found the override key for the safe and opened it for us. Vacation saved. I would definitely stay here again. Very highly recommended.

Gorgeous House with a beautiful view.

With the 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 downstairs along with an additional daybed option in the living area, we had more than enough room for all to sleep. The kitchen is extremely well stocked and there are ample beach towels to use. We grilled hamburgers one night on the grill and prepared an Easter dinner in the kitchen another evening. There is a lovely dining room table for inside dining and 2 different tables outside. The view from the pool is outstanding. I've been coming to St Thomas for decades and this house was the most "bug free" place that I've ever stayed at. Every morning we would have our morning coffee outside and watch the cruise ships pass by. I had a large vehicle (Dodge Durango) which had trouble getting up the driveway due to its turning radius. I found it easier to go up to the next driveway and do a three point turn so that I was heading in the right direction to easily climb the hill. I believe a Jeep or something with a smaller wheel base could easily navigate the turn.
