For those seeking poolside relaxation, this haven offers a private backyard and pool, creating your own personal oasis. Alternatively, the screened-in front porch, where you can savor the refreshing salt air breezes, is a family favorite for unwinding.

Entry is on the second level. On the main living level is the family room with TV, access to screened in front porch with dining area, kitchen is nicely equipped with drip and single serve coffee maker, primary bedroom, laundry and half bathroom.
Guest bedrooms are located upstairs.
Ground level, there is a TV room, which is poolside, and a charcoal grill is provided.
Bedroom 1 – Primary King (sleeps 2) and Daybed (sleeps 1) with Trundle (sleeps 1)
Bathroom 1 – Ensuite to King, Double Vanity, soaking tub and separate shower
Bathroom 2 – Half Bathroom and adjoins the laundry
Bedroom 2 – Upstairs, one Twin (sleeps 1)

We're located mid-beach - halfway between the St Simons Pier Village and East Beach. This stretch of beach is not tide dependent and has plenty of walking distance in both directions. We're walking distance to local restaurant favorites like Crab Daddy's, Barrier Island Brewing, Fiddlers, and Porch.
