No solo la casa y la piscina son increíbles, sino que la ubicación es maravillosa. La casa tiene vista al pantano y está a una cuadra y media de la playa. East Beach ofrece arena y playa en marea alta y baja, y la entrada de la calle 8 ofrece una caminata más corta a la playa que otras entradas más cercanas a la estación de la Guardia Costera.

Esta casa ofrece todas las comodidades que pueda desear. Cuando entras por la puerta principal de la gran terraza delantera con vistas al pantano, encontrarás una gran sala abierta, cocina y terraza acristalada. La cocina es pintoresca y muy abierta. Totalmente equipado con una cafetera y todos los utensilios de cocina que pueda necesitar.

Justo al lado de la gran sala se encuentra la suite principal con un lujoso baño principal, vestidor y puertas francesas que se abren a la cubierta del segundo piso con más vistas del pantano.

Viaje abajo y encontrará dos dormitorios adicionales, un baño completo, lavandería y sala de estar en la planta baja. La sala de estar de la planta baja funciona como nuestro cuarto dormitorio porque se completa con un colchón posturepédico rey encima de la cama oculta.

La característica más sorprendente de esta casa es la piscina. Salga a la impresionante piscina de agua salada que envuelve la propiedad y termina con una lujosa bañera de hidromasaje. Desea ducharse al aire libre, aproveche la gran ducha privada al aire libre (agua fría y caliente) en el patio trasero. Es perfecto después de un día en la playa o incluso solo para tu rutina diaria de ducha. Los propietarios darán a los huéspedes la opción de calentar la piscina por una tarifa adicional, pero deben notificar al propietario de esta solicitud al menos 7 días antes de la llegada.

Another fantastic spring break experience!

Thank you again for the third wonderful spring break experience for our family. As always, Bob provided seamless communication, transparency, and a wonderful visit to SSI. The pool and spa were always a treat, we were able to relax in the quiet atmosphere, within walking distance to the beach. Everything was provided for us, and, as always, there was a new addition to the house—this time wonderful cookware (which helps, because we cook in-house most of the time). This year, we visited Pinball Palace in Brunswick, a short 15 minute drive away, when the day was rainy. The kids loved it, as did the adults…brought us back to our old days of playing in arcades with circa 1980-es

Great Location

Location was awesome! Close to beach and town. You could ride bikes into town or walk. Lots of great restaurants. House was great for families or friends. Lots of room. Great yard for dogs to run around. Big pool and hot tub.

East Beach Family Fun

Our stay at the Saint Simons Beach House was fantastic! The home was spotless, and perfectly located just a short walk to the beach. Wonderful Week!

Best VRBO experience we’ve ever had. Owner goes above and beyond to be sure your stay is perfect, and it was. Property even nicer in person, pool is incredible, plenty of space for our group of 5 adults and 2 dogs. I’d love to give suggestions for improvement, but I can’t think of any. Beach Vacation

The house is the perfect floor plan for a family gathering. We celebrated 2 birthdays (there was a big happy birthday sign & other decorations in the beautiful dining room when we arrived. :))) There were 6 of us (4 sisters), a niece, our dog & my husband. The owner is very helpful & kind. We had fun cooking, walking to the beach (very short walk), going downtown & playing games. They have lots of games. The backyard & pool is beautiful. Absolutely, we would stay there again!

So much to love!

Bob is by far one of the bests hosts my family and I have ever had. The house is exactly as described...actually better!! Bob goes above and beyond to ensure that you will have a wonderful vacation. Great week in East Beach!

Bob was great to work with on our stay, he makes sure that you know all the details of the home and comfortable. The home has everything a family could need to have an amazing week at the beach. Plenty of bikes for all sizes, beach equipment, and pool toys. You literally only need to bring clothes, everything else is taken care of. Pool/Spa were great and enjoyed daily. Location to Beach is great, from front door to feet in the water is a 7 minute walk right down 8th st. We look forward to coming back!

Dream House

Our family gathered from all over for a week on SSI. We rented multiple homes but this one far surpassed any place we have ever stayed. There is nothing that they did not think of in this beautiful home. We literally would not have not had to bring anything but our clothes. It’s probably the first time we have arrived at a rental and discovered it was better than described. Will definitely return here next year!

This house is well stocked for an easy trip with a great location near the beach. The pool was the perfect place to come back to after a day at the beach. The owner was very friendly and willing to help with anything we needed! 4 adults, 4 kids and 2 dogs fit comfortably.

Family vacay 24

This house is by far our favorite by far of all the VRBO’S we have ever stayed out. The house is fabulous The pool spectacular and the location fabulous. And Bob is the best. He was so helpful and extremely easy to contact. He went above and beyond with his hospitality. Even having some snacks and refreshments waiting on us after our long drive. It was great week. None of us were ready to leave. We hope to stay here again.

Perfect beach property

My family and I just returned from our week's vacation on East Beach. This is our third visit to this house, and it is still our favorite place on St.Simons Island. Bob is an excellent host who truly cares about his guests and continues to add new things to make his guests comfortable. He even helped me look for a hard to find gift one day. We were so appreciative of the snacks he provided, the new dining chairs, and improved AC. The home is well appointed and the layout is very efficient. Empty spaces are provided in the kitchen and bathrooms which make it easy to unpack and feel at home. The pool and grounds are so beautiful and well maintained. We were able to relax in the quiet community and enjoyed watching our dogs run freely in the backyard. Though it is a 10 minute walk to the beach, the path along the beautiful marsh is an added bonus to the location.

We had a great time staying here! The house and location were wonderful and the pool was amazing! We spent the mornings enjoying the beautiful beaches and the afternoons in the pool. East Beach Perfectiom

We had the most amazing time staying at this property. Bob was a FANTASTIC host and helped ensure we had everything we needed, helped me navigate the pool/hot tub settings, and even helped set up the beach cabana one day so we would know how to do it. I'd give more than five stars if I could. I can definitely see us renting this property again. It was perfect to enjoy time with friends and also just relax when it was us. It truly felt like our home for the long weekend. Thank you, Bob!

Family getaway

We had a short time to take a trip and this was so easy. Plenty of room and an amazing outdoor space! The pool was our favorite thing about the house. Short walk to the beach too! Kitchen well stocked and all the beach and pool accessories made it so easy to enjoy!
