📝 RENTAL AGREEMENT & PAYER REQUIREMENTS: If someone else is paying for your stay, their name and email must be added to the booking, and THE PAYER MUST SIGN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT. Only the authorized payer may sign the rental agreement. Your check-in instructions will be automatically sent at 3PM on your arrival day, PROVIDED THE PAYER HAS SIGNED THE RENTAL AGREEMENT.
🕒 EARLY CHECK-IN POLICY: Because we have a high volume of same-day turnovers, we kindly ask that you refrain from requesting an early check-in. Should the unit be available earlier, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee.

We strongly urge you to purchase "Cancel For Any Reason" (CFAR) travel insurance through a 3rd party to protect your stay. Date changes are not guaranteed, but if allowed, are subject to a $50 fee plus any rate differences.

Condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Unfortunately the beds and pillows were not comfortable at all and the furniture in the living room was very uncomfortable. No place to really relax after a day at the beach. Bathrooms were clean but the water pressure from the shower was not good and very difficult to rinse shampoo out your hair.

We enjoyed our stay; the unit was very clean and met our needs. Amenities were as stated. Some minor inconveniences - not all lights had bulbs and 1 shower was hot with very low pressure, the other shower had good water pressure but would only get lukewarm. Otherwise, everything was great - very nice beach chairs, and a cart and stroller were also available for use.
