quick mini vaca

Beautiful place. Exactly has shown in pictures. Only drawback is the garage is very small and not enough room for easy maneuvering your vehicle.

Sun & Sea

Booked this a year in advance with Vrbo only to have the property manager change our stay from Friday-to-Friday to Saturday-to-Saturday 2 months before we were to arrive. Accommodated us with another room in the same building for the first night, but terrible way to start off a family vacation. Entrance door to the stairwell off the balcony is rusted to the point where it won't even close, posing a serious security liability and tetanus exposure. Other than that, the place was very clean.

Beautiful location, awesome sunsets

The unit was very nice, the balcony with steps straight to the pool area and beach is a plus. Very nice size kitchen, we did a little cooking. The location is quite convenient for out stay and activities we had scheduled. Lisa, the manager, was easily reached and responded quickly. We had no issues during our time. There are beach chairs and towels at this unit, this is always nice when flying in. I really do like staying at smaller condo units. This complex only has a total of 8 units. We met several of the other guest staying during our time, everyone was kind and courteous. The pool was never crowded, most of time our kids were only ones in it in the evening hours. Hope to visit again.

8/10 Good

Everything was as described. Minimal supplies available, but adequate. We bought laundry soap, trash bags, brought our own shower soap/shampoo, coffee, etc. We ordered instacart with pretty much everything, after a conversation with the host stating starters were the only thing available. Cleanliness was acceptable. Could use a "spring cleaning". Some drawers, etc were not the cleanest inside. I was not upset in any way about the cleanliness, though. The bed was not that comfortable and was noisy when rolling over. Bedding was adequate. The furnace did not work and blew the breaker when the temperatures dipped, but the host was responsive and it was tended to asap. Great location, nice pool, great beach access. We were two couples. One bedroom had only a double bed and no direct bathroom access, the 3rd room with the bathroom had 2 single beds. It worked. One couple just used 2 of the bedrooms for their things. I would stay again.

Lovely Beach Property

We had a wonderful week at this Indian Rocks Beach property. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had great access to the beach. Lisa, the property manager, was prompt in communicating and very helpful.

fabulous location

Fabulous from booking to departure! Lisa could not have been more patient and understanding with our many questions before we arrived-- the place was super comfy and clean and spacious- there were beach towels chairs and an unbrella available. You really are smack on the beach-the terrace was very large- length of the livingroom/bedroom - the sunset views at night will not disappoint! Resturants in walking distance that served raw oysters(our favorites)-we will definately be back-we loved it here.
