Lots of mom-and-pop style restaurants and shops within walking distance! Watch the sunrise in your backyard and the sunset at the beach, just a 2 block walk away!

Welcome to Sunburst Vacation Rentals! FREE on site parking is available for 1 car (and second car can park directly behind the first car if needed).

*Need more space? 2 more condos are available- one is downstairs (2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom- sleeps 6) and one is upstairs (3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms- sleeps 7). Just ask!

The unit is on the FIRST floor of a 4 unit, 2 story building on the intracostal, 2 blocks from the beach. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, fully stocked kitchen, 3 TVs with YouTube TV, strong WiFi, and plenty of beautiful sunshine!
Bedroom 1 has a KING bed and overlooks the blue waters of the intracoastal, bedroom 2 has a QUEEN bed and a BUNK bed. The unit and has been completed updated.

Need more space? The apartment on the other side of the building can be rented and we can open and interior door for up to 12 people. The upstairs condo is a 3/2 and can sleep up to 7. Just ask for rental info from us, Sunburst Vacation Rentals!

FREE parking available on site. You may also want to explore by walking or bike riding. Hop on one of the free paddle boards that we provide to explore by water!

*This condo is on the FIRST FLOOR of a 4 unit waterfront home. Bring your boat!

*Your pups deserve a vacation too. We are dog friendly to well behaved dogs of respectful owners. (2 dogs max • pet fee of $195 applies, 2 dogs max)

Rent the unit next door and open the privacy door in-between the 2 units, and sleep up to 12 people. (Feel free to message us about this options if interested).

Cute little condo, beds and pillows are wonderful, the patio with water and sunrise view are exceptional! The host is excellent and incredibly responsive. 2 block walk to food, coffee, and impeccable beach and sunsets!!

What a fabulous property! Sitting out by the water was heavenly. Owners left paddle boards, beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, and a wagon. We had a blast making use of everything. I cannot overstate how peaceful and lovely this property is. So close to the busy beach, but right in front of the peaceful intracoastal. And we were there during spring break, so… Accommodations are homey and comfortable. Highly recommend a stay here! We hope to return soon!

Great Location. Close to alot. GREAT HOST.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. The property is close to the beach as well as short walks to shops and restaurant. Andi is a great host and her response time is second to none. Most of the messages were replied to within a few minutes. On the downside, the place over this apartment I believe has a pool table over the front bedroom and it can get a little noisy at times. Also, if you bring a boat and tie off to the dock please know that the cove where this house is located is not a no wake zone. People tube and boat at speed and it can bang a boat around. Mine was damaged hitting against the dock until i realized it wasnt a no wake zone. Overall a nice place to stay. Would recommend for sure.
