"We arrived at the property around 5pm. We were so excited just to sit on the balcony and enjoy our beach view. As soon as we went out we heard construction, hammers electric saws, loud talking, etc. All directly below our balcony. It was so loud at times we had to literally yell to hear each other. After an hour of that I called the front desk to complain. It’s 6pm! How long will they be working. She said it would be another hour. No apologies, offers to switch our room, give us a later check out, nothing. Note to all- ask about construction work going on before booking."
