Excellent location and view! Place was clean and fun beachy decor. Communication was good, would definitely return! The only down side was lifting the toilet tank a few times to jiggle so water would fill again... other than that, great! Thanks so much.

So relaxing

Love staying at Belleair Beach! This is our 3rd year here but 1st staying at this rental unit. Love the balcony view, clean pool area, and everything you need for a wonderful stay. Grocery store is very close. Private beach is perfect for a family.

Quaint with amazing views

I had a lovely view of the ocean from all areas of the unit. The balcony is tiny but it didnt matter, felt outdoors on the couch with the sliding door open. The space in the unit was is utilized well and accomodating. The only downside was the bedroom window is located above the pool and was slightly noisy a few times but not too bad barring someones kids at 7am one morning. Overall my stay was very peaceful. Special note I had no communication with the property manager, thankfully none was needed. There was no staff or front desk onsite

Beautiful view

The condo was very small but sufficient for one or two people. The view of the gulf was perfect. The pool was very nice. The bathroom faucet wasn’t working when we arrived. The management company was difficult to contact. The building maintenance person finally came and did the repair. We were surprised to find out that the company the owner uses to manage the bookings/property did not pay VRBO. We had an additional $181.00 charge, to VRBO, in addition to the price per day, taxes, and fees charged by the owner/management company (Vacasa).

Beautiful spot on the beach

A very comfortable little condo -- beach and pool were wonderful, very quiet, nice neighbors, easy parking. The mirrored wall in the photos gave an initial impression of a larger space - so I'm glad we clicked the virtual tour before booking. Would stay again.

Ok property for 2… note no dishwasher, only two burner stove, no oven (has large toaster oven), coin op clothes washer and dryer on same floor Elevator to 3rd floor was nice

My stay at Belleair Beach Club

We had an amazing time and the condo was beautiful. Just like I read online it was right on the beach you couldn’t have gotten any closer. I would recommend this place to everyone. The only thing which was not a big problem was the toaster oven kept tripping the breaker so we couldn’t use it. besides that we found all kinds of restaurants that were close not a lot of traffic which we loved and just an all-around great place to stay.

Construction Zone

Third time for us at this property. There are some maintenance issues that would improve the guest experience which I am sending to the manager. Be aware that the beach side is being reconditioned and all of the stucco is being removed, plus some patio doors and windows are being replaced. So most of the beach side has no view and there is alot of noise during the day, inside and out. We have rented this condo for $250 per month in past years and that would be a fair price now. With the blocked view of the beach and the noise, I would not recommend renting at any price until the work is completed.
