This is a very unique property with a fabulous location, private rooftop deck, 2 levels and is beachfront. Belleair Beach is a quiet residential town offering pristine beaches and a very short drive to the famous Clearwater Beach. You will be vacationing in a quiet wonderful community, but you will be so close to the action.

This vacation property offers breathtaking Gulf views and plenty of space for your family. Aldea 6 is a very popular unit requested by returning guests.

Aldea 6 is one of the very few units that has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and is beachfront. This property accommodates a total of 8 guests.

The first level features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a King bed with an ensuite bathroom, the second bedroom has 2 Twin beds and the third bedroom has Bunk beds. The hallway bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The laundry area is available on the first level.

Aldea 6 offers spacious interiors with all of the comforts of home. The first level offers a fully equipped kitchen, where you'll find everything you need to cook your family meals. The dining and living areas have Gulf views. We have a beachfront balcony right off of the living area that has a spiral staircase. Outside you can take the spiral stairs down to the first level and follow the path right to the beautiful sands of Belleair Beach!

Take the spiral staircase to the top floor where the primary bedroom has a King bed and an ensuite bathroom but best of all is the private rooftop deck. This deck is loved by guests, it's spacious and offers a setting for amazing sunsets!

Aldea is a beautiful beachfront community that offers beautiful lush landscaping with a shared pool and BBQ grill.

What else can you ask for! All you have to do is walk off of the patio, over the yard to the beautiful sand.

The pool is heated during cooler months.
Unit is not conducive to small children (spiral staircase).
This is a small, quiet residential community so no loud parties are allowed.

Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.

The interior of the home was reported to be clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment for occupants. However, this positive aspect was overshadowed by significant issues with the exterior of the property.The exterior of the home presented several hazards that led to a critical incident. The most pressing issue was the malfunction of the exterior lighting for the stairwell. Due to the lack of functional lights, one of our guests, a 72-year-old individual, suffered a fall down the steps. This unfortunate accident resulted in injuries to the guest’s arms and head and caused soreness for several days. Thankfully, these injuries did not result in long-term damage, but the potential for more severe consequences was evident.The primary factors contributing to the incident included:•Non-Functional Exterior Lighting: The absence of working exterior lights created a hazardous environment, especially at night, leading directly to the fall.•Inadequate Handrails: The lack of adequate handrails along the steps meant there was no support for the guest to grasp during the fall, exacerbating the severity of the incident.The fault for the incident lies primarily with the lack of maintenance on the exterior lighting and the failure to provide sufficient handrails. The homeowner, management company, and the complex all bear responsibility for these oversights.When the rental agency was notified about the lack of exterior lighting, the response was unsatisfactory. Everything was very enjoyable. Easy direct access to quiet beach. Pool just around the corner. Nice accommodations. Clean, attractive, very functional for our 5 adults and 2 children. Be aware that the upstairs bedroom has no door, so any/all sound from the living and kitchen area could be a problem. Recommend early risers choose that bedroom.
