I absolutely loved The Grant Street Inn. Nice and small, quiet and walkable distance to anything downtown Dunedin. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and were willing to assist in all our needs. The underground parking was also a plus. No need to worry about your vehicle.

Room was spacious and clean. A set of drawers and a couch would have been nice as the room was large and had tons of room. Excellent location - so many options for dining and walkable to TD Ballpark which was the reason for our stay. The local free shuttle to the ball games is a couple blocks away if the walk to the park is too much so a great option. Only issue with hotel was noise. We could hear the person above us walking all day / night and although I’m sure it was just regular moving around the room it was loud. Overall our stay was excellent!

This hotel is a few streets up from Main Street making it the perfect location. 1 min walk to Main Street but very quiet. Rooms were very large with great wardrobe space for clothes. Room came with a mini fridge and clothes steamer (so smart!) The parking garage is tight but convenient. Make sure to go to the lobby before 10:30am. They have free bottles of water, juice, coffee, granola bars and yogurt. Every staff member we encountered was super friendly.

This place is a find! Nice clean and affordable with lots withing walking distance. The 110v outlets at every parking spot in the parking are a big plus.

The Grant St Inn is a remarkable find. The rooms are large with great bedding and linens. The bathroom includes very ample counter space and a wonderful walk in shower. My only suggestion would be to add more seating as there was only 1 seat and I desk chair so you end up only using the bed to sit on.

The room itself was fine, although it was overly large and under-furnished with unfortunate acoustics. It was clean, and the patio was a nice touch. Its location was great for our needs. We were initially given a room directly across from the main desk. I think one of the staff must have noticed my dissatisfaction because they offered to move us two rooms down the hall after we had already moved our bags into the first room. I don't know what our experience would have been like with the initial room, but even two rooms down was very loud - I could hear every conversation at the front desk, as well as the what was clearly the front desk clerk watching videos loudly on her phone into the night. They could also benefit from better blinds. This place is clearly new, and a work in progress.

The rooms were clean and large enough to store our two bikes. Elevator also. We have a balcony and Kcup machine for coffee. Towels were nice and fluffy. Oversized shower and comfy king bed. Breakfast provided. Walking distance to restaurants and Pinellas Bike path.

A block from the main street of downtown with convenient free parking. The hotel is brand new and opened up this past year. Rooms are huge and comfortable. Will definitely be back.
