You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

The unit sleeps six comfortably with 1 king and 2 twins & sleeper sofa in living area. There are 2 TVs in the condo, one in the master bedroom and a flat-screen in the living room. The non-smoking unit has its own washer and dryer, with a designated parking space, and there are ample BBQ facilities provided.

There is one assigned parking space for this unit.

Please note the Rules and Regulations for Madeira Norte Condominiums prohibit motorcycles on the property. The Board of Directors has authorized the removal of motorcycles via a local towing company.

The beach is literally a few steps from the elevator, with private secure gate access limited to Madeira Norte residents. Our private heated pool offers an alternative to the warm crystal clear gulf waters, with ample poolside seating and umbrellas.

For some shopping and entertainment, you are just a 2-minute walk from John's Pass Village, a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village voted Pinellas County’s leading tourist attraction. For good reason, The Village offers a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops. Enjoy some music at The ‘Bamboo Beach Beer Garden’ and ‘The Hut,’ or eat fresh fish caught daily at ‘Waltz Fish Shak.’ Several popular anchor tenants have also made the Village their home including Bubba Gump’s, Hooters and Hubbard’s Marina. Our friendly staff will provide local information and guidance, as well as general office services including copier and print boarding passes.
