Hotel Juliani is an excellent hotel, very clean, well maintained with good Air conditioning, I'd recommend booking a room with a balcony that overlooks Spinola Bay, very stunning, the location in also is great for transport connections for Buses or picking up Taxis to go to Valletta, Mdina, Golden Bay and beyond. The breakfast options on offer were very good and the staff were also very courteous to make requests to staff. Be mindful that the location is very busy but the Hotel has done a decent job to do what it can with soundproofing,

We had a sea view room with a balcony with excellent views. The room was cleaned daily all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful especially Apple & Ono on reception and Caron at breakfast. The Hotel restaurant was delicious. We had breakfast every morning and there was a great selection from breads & pastries, to cold meats & cheese and hot food including eggs however you wanted them. Whatever coffee you wanted and freshly squeezed orange juice, it certainly set you up for the day. We would highly recommend this hotel.
