The hotel was nice and room in good condition. The issue was the hotel staff and service. Our first night there going to dinner at the main buffet restaurant we finish our entire meal before even being offered water wasnt until I turned the cup upside down and held it up in the air to catch the waiters attention were we offered water. The dinning room waste even busy simply every other guess was more important to even greet us. The second night was a similar disappointment at least we were greeted and given water we order drinks from the bar but they were not good, asking the waiter for sparkling water instead was an inconvenience to the waiter. Third night we tried the steak house and waited patiently 2 hours for a medium new york strip steak. Need less to say our steaks where not medium, we waited so long we miss all the activiries for the night. The hotel is beutiful and the fun team were nice made friends with them, the chef greeted us one morning and I made one suggestion about the breakfast and the next day notice he took my advice, ai liked that. But the wait staff is completely un hospitable.
