Welcome MVP to our property that was designed with you, our Most Valuable People in mind. This updated ground floor 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo - at Sports Village - is a haven for both our MVPs and their pets. Enjoy your time in our tastefully decorated living area and enjoy meals made in the fully equipped kitchen. Relax by the pool, located directly out the back door, or indulge in recreational amenities throughout the community. Explore nearby local, state, and national parks. Your furry friends are welcome to join the fun - Book the MVP now for a winning vacation!

Bring the fun with you! We offer a small one-car detached garage that can be used to securely store any recreational equipment or personal items. Street parking is also available in front of the home. Fenced parking is available to rent ($5 per day) for larger Trailers and RV's. Acquire at the clubhouse.

The MVP at Sports Village has plenty of amenities that everyone will love! From the outdoor swimming pool and spa to the pickleball courts, gym, and clubhouse, there is something for everyone. And if you need to get a little work done while you are here, don't worry, our fiber high-speed internet will keep you connected. You won't want to miss the chance to stay at this beautiful condo.

PETS: This home is pet friendly so the whole family can tag along for the vacation!
Bringing a pet, you will be subject to a one time $150 fee per pet.
Please notify us of the number, breed and weight of any pets you will be bringing. (all animals must be under 50 pounds)
We ask that you do not allow your pets onto the furniture.
We do provide lint rollers at the home for your use to assist us in removal of pet hair from furniture and bedding.
While it is impossible to remove all signs of pet hair, our cleaners do thoroughly clean the entire home including bedding and furniture.

All occupancies are subject to owner approval.

Master: 1-King bed, sleeps 1-2. Full bathroom directly across the hall.
Guest Room: 1-Queen bed and 4-Twin beds, sleeps 1-6. En suite bathroom.

Spacious and clean

Very well maintained property and quiet. Loved the convenience to beautiful parks, nothing more than 15 minutes away. Bring your own knives if you plan on cooking (only complaint). Lots of space for three of us. Comfortable for all

Sports Village Unit Z3

We had a great time staying in unit Z3 at Sports Village this weekend. The unit was clean and updated, the beds were comfortable. Would have appreciated a small dresser in the master bedroom or somewhere to put clothes.. Especially when we had the water leak from a broken pipe in the unit upstairs, everything on the floor got wet and we had to do a lot of laundry. The unit itself was great, I gave a 3-star review because no one came to help us clean up the water leak until late afternoon the next day.

The unit has all you need! All kitchen utensils, great bathrooms and bedrooms. TVs are great. Nice place. Nice lap pool and good location. Very clean. Would stay here again.
