Mattresses were extremely bowed and hard. Bathroom door was kicked in, no stopper for tub or sink, no shampoo, no lense on bathroom light just a bare dim lightbulb, a half inch of dirt in the corner by the tub. We had to ask front desk for three missing light bulbs as they were missing and room was very dark and dinghy. No hot tube as advertised. WHAT A DUMP!

Just another roadside motel

First, this property is rated 7+ on Hotels.com but I don't understand how that can be. I'm not here to say anything negative about the property. It is what you would expect in this price range and from this type of property. Our room was just fine. Simple, two beds, a table, a TV, bathroom and nothing special. No plastic bag for laundry. No hangers in the clothes rack. Furniture was not really sturdy. Back panel was not attached to nightstand. One of the beds tipped up when I sat on the edge. Again, nothing I would say that was bad, or wrong, just a plain old, simple, roadside motel. Our biggest disappointment, and this was a big deal for us, was that the pool was not working. The desk agent said it was because the heater was not working right now and they were getting it fixed. But, looking at the pool, it was clear it has not been operating in some time. The pool was the reason we selected this property, so that was a significant issue for us and resulted in being quite disappointed.

If I could rate zero stars I would. Extremely dissatisfied. First of all, they put us in a family suite when I chose a 2 bed queen room online. The family suit looked like it was lived in for a while before we stayed in it and was never cleaned after the previous tenants. One bedroom had fingernail polish, marker, and pen all over the walls, as well as other unidentifiable dark stains. The kitchen area had food splattered all over the walls. Multiple cabinets had missing drawers or doors. Walls were super dinged up. There was dirt and food debris all over the floor. The room smelled like it had been smoked in many times for a long time. It felt like we were staying in a drug apartment. I felt so dirty. The sink also leaked so bad and the toilet flush handle would come out when trying to flush. I’ve tried to call them to tell them to get some sort of refund but every time I call, the phone beeps weird and disconnects. I’ve stayed in some not super nice places before but this by far was the absolutely worst ever.
