The space is nice and comfortable but it’s a bit loud, being right next door to a highway, and not at all secluded. Also, one bedroom is actually a loft area so we didn’t have the privacy for sleeping arrangements that was anticipated. The upper outdoor deck area is relaxing and nice! Also great to have a private hot tub, though we only used that at night when we felt a little more protected from the golf course and highway which both have a clear view of the unit. The parking is a bit precarious. There is no street parking. We were able to fit two small cars in the driveway but had to park our larger vehicle in guest parking elsewhere, sometimes blocks away. The ping ping table is set up in the garage so that is unusable for parking. We were comfortable enough and still enjoyed our time but we won’t be returning to this particular spot again.
