So, I’m actually amazed at these reviews after staying here myself. I can safely say this is one of the worst VRBO’s I’ve stayed in my whole life. Let’s start with the positives: good location and good parking. Upon arriving at 4:50pm (check in is 4pm), the cleaners were still in the house finishing the cleaning. The house was obviously cleaned, although my daughter did find a tampon under the bed. And the garbage situation outside was not great.Here were all of the things not working/not functioning while we were there:Kitchen window opened but then would not close.Master bath outlets don’t work and one light bulb is out.One of the luggage racks was really wobbly Never could get the fan or outlets to work in the front bedroom at all.Master sink and back bedroom/bath sink drains very slowly.One of the plastic pitchers we tried to use leaked in the fridge so we cleaned that up.Could never change the shower head options in the master.I didn’t sleep in the twin room, but my college-age daughter says it’s worse than her dorm twin bed so that can’t be good.Garbage was overflowing the whole time we were here out front of the house along the street. Then it didn't get picked up and the garbage folks moved all of the overflowing bins to the very front of the house. Very smelly and gross.Dishwasher isn’t secured in the kitchen (falls forward)I spoke to the owner to make him aware of things, but he didn't do anything about any of the issues while we were there.

St Augustine trip

We love St. Augustine and this house was the perfect size and location for our group. Its such a walkable city we like to park and walk everywhere. This house was close to all the places we like to go. The space was very comfortable and having 3 bathrooms was great.

Loved the Nights of Lights

Our stay included two couples and my 90 year old mother in law, the house was great. The location was perfect, we rented a golf cart and was able to see all the lights perfectly. We had everything we could possibly need and enjoyed our stay tremendously. Tim was very quick to respond to any issues that arose and our stay was seamless.

Christmas JOY

Perfect location. Great parking. Walking distance to all attractions and restaurants. Saragossa Street is part of the leg lamp district (Christmas Story reference) with its many twinkling lights, leg lamps and decorations during holiday season. The cottage is charming; fresh and vibrant colors throughout. It was perfect for our family of five with plenty of room to spread out, while also promoting togetherness with numerous areas to dine, play games, etc. We were able to bring our dogs, which is a great accommodation. St. Augustine is a very dog friendly town, so it made our stay complete.

Very Nice Place To Stay

This is a very nice place to stay while visiting St. Augustine. All the amenities you need are available including coffee for the morning! We stayed during the Christmas Night of Lights with another couple and found this to be a nice quiet neighborhood but still within walking distance of restaurants, shopping and the historical district. The check-in and check-out were very easy and our host was very responsive to all of our messages. We would definitely stay again.

Great location to walk to both downtown and the historic district.

Plenty of space in a fun long house style setup. Plenty of seating and the perfect location for exploring all areas.of st Augustine by foot. Pair that with plenty of parking and you have a great place to stay.

Hidden gem

Our stay was absolutely amazing. This was an absolute hidden gem as soon as you arrive you do not need your vehicle anymore. Everything is walking distance. There is plenty to do. The house was immaculate. Our family of 10 was there to celebrate to my birthday and or close friends 10 year anniversary We did rent the available apartment as well and it was perfect. You can not go wrong with this gem!

Great location for walking around historical sites.

Picked this Vrbo due to the location. We were able to easily walk (10 mins) to most all the places we wanted to go and not have to drive. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms worked out great for our group. The home is older and there is some visible areas that need some maintenance and some additional cleaning. Overall, for a few days of a trip, it worked for our family with adult children. Probably would not rent if I had younger kids who would be on the floor a lot.

Park your car and walk

Great vacation home! We spent the week with 6 adults, 1 teen and 1 dog. Parked the car and did not use it other than going to the grocery store and the beach. It was so nice to be able to walk to shops, museums and restaurants. There is so much to see and do that we easily filled a week and never ate in the same spot twice. The home was very comfortable and we had everything we needed. The bikes were great and we enjoyed taking the 4 person bike for a spin around town. Close enough to everything you need but far enough from downtown to enjoy the peace and quiet. Would love to return for another stay.

Girls Trip

Spent the weekend at this beautiful house in St. Augustine for a girls weekend. The location was perfect to walk everywhere. Plenty of room for 5 of us to relax and hang out. Our host was fantastic and checked in often. I would absolutely stay here again.
