The house is in a very good location. There were 9 ladies and it was very accommodating. Only issue was the plumbing, the kitchen sink would not drain and some of the bathrooms had brown water.

Close enough to all of the historic area to walk to everything. Nice and quiet neighborhood with off-street parking for 3 vehicles. Some of the beds were firmer than our likening, but that’s also a personal choice too. Coffee & coffee pod machine available for use. Normal sized refrigerator. Fans in the rooms. Host communication was good.

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Saragossa! The home is in a great location where downtown is a short walk away. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The bedrooms and living room are spacious especially for 5 adults, a baby and a small pug! We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to St. Augustine. Thank you Tim!

Location was fantastic! Only minutes walk to St George St and night of lights. Very clean with lots of space and lovely quiet backyard sitting area. Tim, the owner very helpful and responsive. Quiet and safe neighborhood and easy to walk small dog. Would highly recommend.

Cute bungalow 1900’s home nicely renovated. AC worked well, kitchen was well stocked with kitchen supplies. Host was responsive and easy to communicate with thru the app. It was a very pleasurable and comfortable stay. I would visit again and again.

Charming inside and out with a fully stocked kitchen, comfy towels and linens & washer & dryer. We were able to park and walk most everywhere downtown. Holiday with family

Our family of 5 adults enjoyed our stay! Four bedrooms and three full baths were perfect to give everyone some space and to keep things rolling to get out and enjoy St. Augustine. The kitchen has what you need to cook and eat in if you’d like. The spare paper products, coffee, dish washing and even bathing supplies were a nice find! This is in a great location to walk safely to and from a lot of fun and food nearby! Tim was great to stay in touch and set us off on our vacation as soon as we arrived! We’d stay here again for sure!

So, I’m actually amazed at these reviews after staying here myself. I can safely say this is one of the worst VRBO’s I’ve stayed in my whole life. Let’s start with the positives: good location and good parking. Upon arriving at 4:50pm (check in is 4pm), the cleaners were still in the house finishing the cleaning. The house was obviously cleaned, although my daughter did find a tampon under the bed. And the garbage situation outside was not great.Here were all of the things not working/not functioning while we were there:Kitchen window opened but then would not close.Master bath outlets don’t work and one light bulb is out.One of the luggage racks was really wobbly Never could get the fan or outlets to work in the front bedroom at all.Master sink and back bedroom/bath sink drains very slowly.One of the plastic pitchers we tried to use leaked in the fridge so we cleaned that up.Could never change the shower head options in the master.I didn’t sleep in the twin room, but my college-age daughter says it’s worse than her dorm twin bed so that can’t be good.Garbage was overflowing the whole time we were here out front of the house along the street. Then it didn't get picked up and the garbage folks moved all of the overflowing bins to the very front of the house. Very smelly and gross.Dishwasher isn’t secured in the kitchen (falls forward)I spoke to the owner to make him aware of things, but he didn't do anything about any of the issues while we were there.

St Augustine trip

We love St. Augustine and this house was the perfect size and location for our group. Its such a walkable city we like to park and walk everywhere. This house was close to all the places we like to go. The space was very comfortable and having 3 bathrooms was great.

Loved the Nights of Lights

Our stay included two couples and my 90 year old mother in law, the house was great. The location was perfect, we rented a golf cart and was able to see all the lights perfectly. We had everything we could possibly need and enjoyed our stay tremendously. Tim was very quick to respond to any issues that arose and our stay was seamless.
