Perfect Location

This was the perfect location to fully experience historical Saint Augustine. You could walk everywhere in this unique city. The place was clean and perfect for a couple. We will certainly stay again when we come back to the area!

Location, Location, Location

Quick long weekend getaway for my wife and I. The upstairs apartment was just the absolute perfect location for walking about the historical downtown St Augustine. A reserved parking spot that was easy in/out was a huge benefit. The house was clean, comfortable, and had nice amenities such as 2 different balconies and plenty of room for a couple to relax. On a cool night, we enjoyed sitting outside with the gas firepit table and enjoying drinks. The nighttime noise from revelers is very manageable, and often entertaining! Communication from the host was excellent, and we used one of the discounts they offered to save money on the trolley tour. Would definitely stay here again!

In the Heart of the District

Clean and well appointed property in the heart of the historic district. Walking distance to alll. We parked our car and walked everywhere we went. Loved the convenience. Great communication from start to finish with property manager made everything seamless and easy. A definite place we will come back to.

Lovely Carriage House

The Carriage House was very comfortable and walkable to most sites and wonderful restaurants. We had everything we needed and we enjoyed all of the recommended restaurants. The location was perfect and the free parking was an added plus as parking fees are high. Owners were very responsive to any questions.

Comfortable Convenient and Charming

This carriage house apartment in the heart of historic St Augustine is the perfect location for a relaxing getaway. It has a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable (firm) bed, and ample room to put belongings and plug in devices. Well-appointed decor but not cluttered. Worth a return visit.

Location was great. Lots of stairs to second floor. Bed was like sleeping on a piece of plywood. At times very musty brought on allergy attack. Rained a lot so could not enjoy fire pit. Water smelled like sulfur, not sure if that’s normal for city water. Don’t think I would stay again even though the response from management was great

An excellent property with a great location. Very convenient parking included. Overall, a very good choice. We would have appreciated a few more paper products to be provided, only 2 rolls of TP and no kleenex. Because we had a car it wasn't a problem to drive to Publix for supplies; but; could be an issue for those without transport. Kitchen utensils, etc. were great quality.

Fabulous location, large well appointed unit.

Our stay was great, even though we were in St. Augustine for a not great reason, it was lovely to leave that behind and go home to our clean and comfy oasis. Walking to restaurants and shops was fabulous, and the parking was extremely easy and convenient. And although the unit is right in the middle of the lively Historic District, it was quiet and private with the shades drawn. It was too hot (August in Florida) for us to enjoy the large rooftop deck. I can see that it would have been wonderful in more temperate weather. The only minor mishaps were that the new cleaning crew forgot to handle a couple of things, that were easily rectified. And the only reason we did not give 5 stars for everything is because although the mattress was comfy, the bedframe seemed wobbly, and creaked every time we moved.

Close to everything!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Saint Augustine, and our stay at this property. The property was very clean with plenty of room for my wife and I. The location was perfect, as we didn’t have to use the car unless we wanted to go out of town. Parking was nearby with only a short walk. The communication from property managers/owner was very responsive and timely. We could not have asked for more.
