This condo is in the perfect location, right on the beach & next to the pier. Restaurant & Ice cream shops within walking distance. A Publix grocery store is about 2 miles away. The view from the balcony is fantastic. The best part is downtown St. Augustine is only 5 miles. I contacted management a couple of times (nothing serious) and they responded immediately. If we go back to vacation in St. Augustine, this condo would be my 1st choice.

This was our first time staying at this unit, but it has quickly become one of my favorites. Check in was easy, and communication with the host was excellent. The unit was clean and extremely well stocked. It was very convenient for our purposes and near restaurants and shopping. A good choice for any trip to the St. Augustine Beach area.

Amazing condo! Beautifully decorated. Excellent location. Love the layout and views from the condo. This will be our first choice if we come back to the area. Nice personal note from Kelly when we arrived. Was so nice to just fly in and not worry about packing shampoo, etc as condo is stocked with everything you need.

The location was ideal for our expectations of St. Augustine’s Beach. The condo was clean, right on the beach as advertised and close to “walk to” dining. All amenities were available. Downtown St. Augustine was a 13 minute drive with so many quaint shops and restaurants. Kudos to Drifter’s beach tent rentals. Super accommodating for our needs. Would we rent this condo again? Absolutely!

Excellent location with lots to do for the whole family

The room was large with plenty of space for our whole family, including the teenagers. Great locations in easy walking distance so there is something fun to do for each member of the family. Great view of the pool and ocean from the balcony and lots of room on the beach.

Pier Point South condo was perfect

We stayed at number 36 at pier point South condominiums and it was delightful. We were a family of six and had a wonderful time. We would highly recommend this spot.The condominium is located walking distance to everything. The beach and the pool were delightful.

Great location, right on the beach

This was our first time in St Augustine, and we couldn't have been happier. The condo was spacious, with an incredible view of the beach and ocean from the 2nd floor balcony. The unit had everything we needed for a week at the beach during spring break. Everything was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and every room had ceiling fans, which is a plus. Multiple eating options within an easy walk (pizza, ice cream, donuts, several beach/seafood restaurants). We will definitely be back to the area, and would not hesitate to stay here again. Only complaint for the property would be the pool access. It requires a key fob, would be much easier with a family if the pool gate was a key code.

Nice family vacation

We had a great time! The condo was everything that we expected and more. There was plenty of space for our family of 5 to spread out. We spent a lot of time at the pool and beach when we weren’t sightseeing. Loved the walkability to the restaurants, we enjoyed Salt Life a few times. Island Doughnuts is a must along with Mayday ice cream. We will definitely be back to St. Augustine and would stay at the property again!
