Great location for walking to downtown and other local attractions, short drive to the lighthouse. Very nice and comfortable house and yard. Hosts are great to deal with. Will definitely come back!

The house was adorable. We were there with our friends and furbabies. Loved the space we had. Very clean.I have to be honest and say, the beds are horrible. The room with the bathroom had a bed that was like to frames pushed together with a horrible mattress. I don’t think it was even a full size. The first night my husband fell out of the bed and had to go sleep on the couch. The two of us could not fit in the bed so I slept in the middle of it and my husband slept on the couch each night. The other bedroom had a better mattress but it was way too soft to be comfortable.There definitely needs to be at least one clock on the wall or something. There is plenty of wall space for a clock. We had to get our phone out to know the time.I’m sorry to say but we would not stay at this home again. Sleep is very important. I would suggest putting better beds in the home.

Fantastic!

Easy to book and the communication was great! Exactly where we wanted our location to be. Surprisingly quiet being so close to the Historic District. 10/10 everything was perfect, would love to stay again. Very accommodating!

Couldn't have been better!

Charming property located in Lincolnville and just a block behind the Lightner Museum in Historic St. Augustine. We were delighted with the entire experience. The house was comfortable, sparkling clean, and the managers were attentive and welcoming. We walked just about everywhere; restaurants, St George St and San Marcos Fort. If we return to St Augustine, we definitely will book this property again.

Highly recommend due to: location, large rooms, very nice appliances, pull out couch, driveway & jacuzzi/shower. Just a few trivial suggestions: swifter pads, clock, repair of microwave light & grill lighter, placemats, bathtub mat,& dish drainer.

Great location

This cottage was in a great location with excellent communication from owner. Comfortable beds & spacious bedrooms. Could work on hardwood floors & provide more comfortable living room furniture! This place was a bit of a hike for non experienced walkers

It is a gem

We only stayed a couple of nights on our way to NC but wish we had more time here. Cute,clean,and so convenient to everything. The fenced yard and private parking was an added plus as we were traveling with a pet. Thanks for opening your home to us and sharing this gem.

Historical Gem

This was our 2nd visit at this historical gem. It's truly hard to find the perfect place with all the amenities, especially when travelling with pets. Particularly to us, this was perfect for our St. Augustine vacation. Our Boston Terriers love the huge fenced in yard complete with private off the road parking. The home is also full of open space with historic hardwood floors. Super clean throughout and plenty of linen, pillows and toiletries. Bathrooms and kitchen have modern updates, jacuzzi tub (we didn't use) and cute coffee and cocktail bars. Kitchen is loaded with dishes, silverware and pots/pans. Ice maker & filtered water in fridge. Property is in walking distance to two close trolley stops but we actually walked most of our stay to everywhere. Hosts are very responsive to any questions/needs. I cannot brag enough about this great Gem we found. For travelling pet owners, this has been our best find!

A Hidden Gem

We thought this property was located in a great spot! Super walkable to everything - which we really enjoyed and didn’t have to worry about driving anywhere during our stay. Our pup loved the yard and even got a treat from a friendly neighbor.

Spacious house, not fancy, but had all that was needed and convenient location- walked just about everywhere with ease (2 cousins celebrated their 80th birthdays in St Augustine). French restaurant across the street had just opened and was fabulous (La Nouvelle)- an added plus!

Finest place in St Augustine

This home was very spacious and clean. Beautiful remodel of kitchen & bath, even has a whirlpool tub. Comfy beds and spacious closets & drawers for our clothing. Our 2 small dogs enjoyed all the space in the home and the yard. Loved that we could close the gate after parking in the private driveway. Had every amenity we needed, including newer washer/dryer and spacious refrigerator with ice machine. Historic hardwood floors and decor throughout the home. Hubby enjoyed the bonus air-conditioned shed/game room area to do his daily workouts. Great location in the historic district with short walk to Trolly stop at the LIghtner museum. Quiet neighborhood. Management very communicative & responsive. Will definitely look to book here again next time! Thank you for hosting us!
