š You will have full, private access to the entire home, including all 3 bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchen, and the fully fenced backyard with the hot tub. Driveway parking for 2 cars is available; additional street parking is nearby. The garage is not accessible.

Getting Around:
šDavis Shores is super walkable ā downtown St. Augustineās shops, restaurants, and breweries are just minutes away on foot. The beach is a quick bike ride or short drive. Street parking is easy to find nearby, and the driveway fits 2 cars. For longer trips, rideshares like Uber and Lyft are widely available.

š Minimum age to rent is 25. ID verification is required. No Parties allowed. No smoking allowed.
š Quiet hours observed from 10pm - 8am.

Pet Policy: For the safety and comfort of your pets, please do not leave your pets unattended inside the property at any time.
š¦ Note: The hot tub sprinkler is set to run daily at 8:30 a.m. for 45 minutes.
š NOTE: If your stay is 21 days or longer, $100 will be added to your cleaning fee to accommodate a deep cleaning. We will coordinate payment upon booking!
