VERANO EN LA PLAYA !! 2 BLOQUES CORTOS A ST. AUGUSTINE BEACH / PET FRIENDLY / WI FI

Pintoresco y cómodo: cabañas de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños disponibles para alquilar para sus vacaciones o su escapada. Más de 1100 pies cuadrados de superficie habitable. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama queen size y una pequeña televisión de pantalla plana. Dormitorio de invitados con 2 camas individuales. Cada habitación como baño propio. Porche delantero cubierto, con un columpio y muebles de porche. Además de un porche trasero privado con mosquitero, que cuenta con una pequeña mesa de comedor y sillas para su disfrute. La cocina está totalmente equipada con utensilios de cocina, cafetera, vajilla y cubiertos. Todas las sábanas se proporcionan, así como varias toallas de playa.
The Cracker House no es su típica casa de playa de Florida, un amigo nuestro de Carolina del Norte, ha dicho que se trata de una "Casa de montaña en la playa". Si bien Cracker House no es exclusivo, creemos que lo encontrarás limpio, cómodo, encantador y en un vecindario muy tranquilo, con vecinos amigables.
Hay dos tiendas de comestibles, a un corto trayecto en auto al sur de AIA, así como numerosos restaurantes a poca distancia de nuestra casa de campo, para disfrutar, si no tiene ganas de cocinar.

Patricia’s beach bungalow is very charming and quaint. Although a little outdated, everything works and is comfortable. Basic cable is available but I read another review indicating that a Roku or fire stick would be useful so we brought ours and it worked on the TV in the living room.One thing to note, if you’re traveling with a dog, the back and front sides of the backyard are not fenced, this was not an issue for us as we walk our dogs a few times every day anyway and we brought them with us during the day. The beach is just a short walk away and is leashed dog friendly. There are multiple cafes, bars and restaurants within walking distance too. We loved our stay here and will book again if we find ourselves in St Augustine again in the future.

For anyone traveling with a dog, this cottage is in the perfect location. There is a walkway, St Augustine Parkette, that is a block from the cottage specifically for dog walking. The neighbors were super friendly and there are a lot of dogs to meet when you take your pet out for a stroll. The beach is only two blocks away, which is very convenient. The owner was easy to contact and helpful. I left some jewelry on the nightstand and she took care of getting it back to me.

Cozy cottage

The house was perfect for our stay. On a quiet street and a short walk to beach access and restaurants. Very comfortable for us (2) and nicely equipped. Not your typical beach bungalow but very nice, cozy and clean. Would highly recommend and would return!

Wonderful

The property was great… Just as it states. The home was clean and fully stocked with anything you would ever need. The beds were very comfortable. It was only a block and a half to the beach. We toured around Saint Augustine looking at all the sites going to the Fort and St. George Street. We had a great time. Loved that it is pet friendly also.. we would definitely stay here again.

Great house and great location

The house was beautiful inside and out. The landscaping around the house is incredible with many flowers and beautiful plants and trees. It is a small oasis. When we were at the house we spent most of our time on the back porch, deck or on the front porch. Lots of songbirds in the trees in the moring.The house is on a dead end street away from the busy main street which keeps the area area quiet. At the same time it is still a short walk to the beach and restaraunts and is a short drive or bike ride to the nearby state park.Historic Saint Augustine is also a short drive away. We hope to make it back to the area and woud rent this house again if it is availbale.

Cottage Review

Very pleased with the property. Tastefully decorated living room and porch. Spacious, nice to have two bathrooms.Kitchen drawers could use replacing. Houses are close together so the neighbors can be heard if they are outside. Also, Next Door did landscaping half the time we were there, using heavy equipment like a backhoe leaf, blowers, etc.. I guess there’s nothing that the owner can do about that. Love the fact that it was so close to the beach. We were able to drive a car straight across A1A, park and walk to the beach just a few more feet. We would rent this house again. Very reasonable rate.

Cozy home in perfect location

Really enjoyed the our two weeks stay. The cottage is well equipped and also dog friendly. The host was super responsive and effectively took care of a Comcast Internet issue right away. The short walk to a fabulous beach and great restaurants with dog-friendly outdoor spaces were greatly appreciated.

Perfect location

We loved this cottage. It had everything we needed and was very clean. You will feel like you are staying in your own home. Location is absolutely perfect. The beach is at the end of the street. Multiple bars and restaurants within walking distance. We will be back! Pat was awesome to deal with. arauing in tour own home here

Relaxing time!

Quaint cottage, just right for our stay. We appreciated that it was not the overdone "fish and shells" theme. Mostly quiet street, winter a great time to visit. We enjoyed the lush plantings and the fact we don't have to bring linens.Since there is a full size washer and dryer, we brought packed lightly! Thank you Pat for sharing your cottage!

Perfect Place for Pet Friendly Family

This is a perfect property for a pet friendly family and highly recommend to anyone, even without pets. The house was very clean and had all the amenities for our family's 9 day stay. It sits on a quiet block just across the Blvd and the beach, so also a great place for beach goers. The host, Pat, was very accommodating and even reached out during our stay for any additional needs. The price is more than fair for what you get and it's location. We visit SAB often and look forward to staying here again.

Awesome Comfortable Cottage

The property was just as described. Cute quiet street close to the beach and restaurants. Our Host was in the horrible area of the mountains with all the flooding no power or anything and she still checked on us to make sure we were in and that everything was good. Wonderful Host and excellent property

Our getaway house

We love coming to this house, we very much enjoy the tranquility that we have also, just a few minutes in walking distance to the beach. Restaurants, ice cream shops and markets are super closer to the house, and you can walk to all of them. This cottage is our home away from our home.
