Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located home, nested in historic Lincolnville, WALK TO HISTORIC DOWNTOWN ST AUGUSTINE, The Preserved Restaurant, Fish Camp, St Augustine Distillery, the Blue Hen Café, the Fisherman’s Dock house, local art galleries, San Sebastian winery, 123 Burger House. This 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home has everything you need for an amazing stay.
Welcome to this modern retreat. I Hope you enjoy your stay. Please keep the house in order and take care of it. NO SMOKING inside the house. Put all the trash inside the trash bins daily, which are located outside in front of the house. Under NO circumstances would you be able to bring any additional guests without my pre approval, the max guests is SIX. NO PETS allowed. Thanks

Very comfortable and clean stay close to the action of St. Augustine. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were very nice. We didn’t cook in the kitchen but the kitchen seemed nice and equipped. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Everything was perfect and we were within a block of the trolley stop, which was excellent for all our sightseeing. Our host David was always available and helped us with anything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent space for 2 families (one family with 2 kids who shared a bed) two other rooms with full bathrooms for couples. Very firm bed. Parking spot in front of house was good and walking a few blocks to downtown. Communication was scripted at specific times. The microwave never worked after several attempts, even unplugging and plugging back in so sent message but never a response until we checked out 2 days later. I was happy we didn’t have any other problems because I’m not sure how responsive owner would have been.

Wonderful place!

Although our stay was short, we really enjoyed the home. The furnishings and beds were very comfortable. Loved how modern it was. If you are in town, definitely stay here!

Loved our short stay at Casa Escuela in Lincolnville. We were in town for a wedding. The house was very clean and check in was a breeze. The location is super convenient to restaurants and historic St. Augustine. The corner market has delicious treats. The trolley stop on MLK is very close. We enjoyed our stay even with a King tide! Great house!

We were busy visiting family and also trying to enjoy the city. I loved learning the history of Lincolnville. I found my coffee shop right around the corner, and walked the freedom trail including the museum next door. It was always lovely to come "home" to our place.
