Our room was small, but clean and comfortable. The surrounding area is great - walking distance to shops, dining, historical places, and The Old Course. Easy to find parking - either the free lot nearby or street parking right in front (nominal cost and free at night ). The property manager was very helpful and responsive. We found the area to be quiet at night and busy during the day. We would stay here again.

Loved the location, the room was updated and had plenty of room for 1-2 (no more than 2 though) - the thing that would have made it perfect would have been to have had a daily refresh of the linens as it was essentially a hotel room so there were no laundry facilities.

Amazing find in the heart of st andrews

Wow what can we say other than these apartments are absolutely amazing,,very centrally located in the centre of st andrews,easy to find and plenty parking close by,,the presentation of the apartment was immaculate,and had everything you could possibly need,,the comunal garden/terrace area was also a welcome addition to our stay as the weather was glorious.If we had one teeny tiny pick maybe to provide a doorstop/wedge to keep bedroom door open,but that was certainly having to find something,,we will certainly reccomend these apartments and cant wait to visit more properties within the group x

Very clean modern apartment. With everything needed . Great safe access using code. Only " complaint" was.............Our apartment was at top of building with alot of steep narrow stairs. No lift. My husband has quite recently had hip replacement and getting luggage and ourselves upstairs was quite an effort. If booking again, we will be requesting something much nearer on first floor.

The unit was clean, comfortable and access was easy. Great location, easy walk to the Old Course, many shopping and restaurant options close by. Parking is an issue throughout St. Andrews but there is a parking lot just a short walk from the apartment which was quite convenient, Murray Place Car Park, free 24-hour parking. We would stay at this location again without hesitation.

Location was great as was the spotless mess of the actual apartment. Wish there had been more information on how to us towel warmers and washer/dryer and how to latch the balcony door. However, help was sent in the form of Davis who was wonderful at remedying all of those issues.

No. 1 Apartments are the gold standard in St. Andrews. I’d previously stayed in apartments for a larger group, but this was my first stay in an apartment for 1-2 occupants. I loved the room—it was roomy with plenty of space for suitcases, to put my clothes away, etc. Although there was no kitchen, there are enough takeaway breakfast places in the vicinity that I didn’t mind and the Nespresso machine was a plus.

Very nice overall. Outside area (at back of apartment 9 ) needs sweeping. Lots of bits and bird poo. I think addition of kitchen roll would be useful. Pepper in the pepper pot would be good.

Check in process is poor. We booked two bedrooms with one room having two double beds according to Expedia advertising and selection at the time of booking. We were never told what room number assigned to us and on Apple Wallet upon checking in online said room 4-5. When arrived, it took us 1 hour to find out that we were put in room 20 with only two king beds and on the third floor. NO elevators. This has never been stated on the website and at the time of booking. We had many heavy luggage. How do you suppose to run this hotel with two bedrooms (assuming family) without a lift??? At least it should state on property detail. Other than that, property was clean and very lovely.
