We loved this property, so convenient to restaurants, and the shuttle into Zion. The free breakfast was excellent! The pool was nice. The room was good, clean and nice amenities however, the refrigerator was lacking shelves and bars on the door, making it challenging to use. I would still recommend this place, but it could use a few upgrades, in the bathroom and as mentioned the refrigerator.

Great location, so easy to get into Zion park. The included breakfast was sit down at the Bumbleberry Cafe and was delicious. The meal was comped with a meal ticket from the hotel, but don’t forget to bring cash for a tip!

This was our second time staying here and honestly everything about this stay was amazing, we love this place and will look forward to coming back in the near future, but the only think I would have a complain about is that we stayed in the bottom floor which we love but the people above us made way too much noise in the early AM and the floors were supper squeaky from the floor above us, but other than that everything was amazing thank you

Nice spacious room with a view and small patio area. Nice hot tub. The hotel let us park our cars here after check out time, to facilitate using the shuttle to Zion. Friendly staff.

The property itself is fine, but the receptionist, Amber, was very rude and unprofessional. She spoke to clients in a disrespectful and unacceptable manner for good customer service. When I asked to speak with a manager, she claimed that she was the highest position there and that no manager was available. After some time, the manager did come and explained everything to me clearly and professionally.
