Weeke wachee escape

Such a perfect location to the springs. Had an awesome time a this cute little house. Even saw 5Manatee swimming by dock in backyard. Perfect house for two 8 year olds. Thank you so much for everything. Had a great time.

Family trip with our fur babies

We had a wonderful stay. The host was responsive to any questions and allowed us to bring our large dogs with a small pet fee for each. The house is cozy and on the clear part of the river below Roger's Park. We loved having the space for the dogs and spent several evenings fishing off the dock. We didn’t do much swimming since the current was stronger than our kid could comfortably swim. We definitely loved our time there!

Super fun stay

Clean, well stocked house on the weeki wachee river. Convenient location. Nice sized patio with big yard and floating dock. Plenty of kayaks, paddle boards, and a canoe. Yard is completely fenced. No trouble with dogs escaping. We also rented a pontoon that was delivered directly to the dock. You can see manatees and dolphins from the house. Overall it was a great stay.

The property was great but the A.C was broke & it was miserable we all couldn't sleep that was the hard part. I did notify the owner of a.c & the outside lights were broke. There was a HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SMELL in the house also. Truly was not worth what paid for without A.C but an AWESOME PROPERTY & Owner was very kind.

Great place to enjoy weeki wachee river

Nice place, water front is great. Boat ramp is perfect for launching kayaks and paddle boards. Floating dock is nice. Ramp and steps into water are pretty slippery during lower tides. A ladder on the floating dock would be nice. Screen room, lighting, gazebo are really nice. Rooms, beds, fully stocked kitchen all make it easy to enjoy staying here. The laundry in the shed is great and airconditioned Our very active little dog loved swimming from the boat ramp to fetch her ball in the river. Basically you can not go wrong with picking Tiki Tropical Retreat.

Peaceful Paradise

Weeki Watchee never disappoints and this little bungalow is the perfect place to enjoy it! Great up to date amenities inside and perks outside! Between the screened lanai, covered porch, gazebo, boat ramp and kayak launch there was no shortage of places to enjoy the river!

Wonderful and didn’t want to leave

A little bit further down the river but it was amazing I didn’t want to leave. My bulldog really loved the grass there, easy to get kayaks in water and wonderful kitchen. Thank you!

Secret treasure

We went up for 5 days and had a great time. Jeff was very quick to respond to questions about parking the boat trailer at the house. The house was in perfect condition, clean and smelled really good when we checked in. The dock has plenty of room for our boat. Quick boat ride and we were in the gulf. Very close to Rogers park to put the boat in. The house was fully furnished with anything we needed. Will definitely rent again.

Good times

The host was awesome, very responsive, and I could tell by just our communication prior to my stay their home would be perfect, and it was. The place was very clean, and everything we needed from A-Z. The kids swam right off the dock, we saw manatees, and even a dolphin on a short kayak trip. The location was great, right around the corner from Roger’s park. I hope to stay again next year.

Tiki Retreat

We had a wonderful stay at the Tiki Retreat! It is the perfect little house for a fun getaway on the river. We spent so much time out on the kayaks provided, fishing, and swimming off the dock. The host was very responsive and easy to talk with and the rental was very clean with plenty of towels and kitchen supplies.

Best weekend ever!!

We rented this property for memorial weekend and it was our best trip to Weeki Wachi yet! Our family has been coming to the area for the past 9 years and we have stayed in many different rentals. This was by far our favorite. The home was clean and perfectly stocked. The location is amazing! We saw manatees and even dolphins right out back! Can’t wait to come back! Jeff was so helpful and made our trip so smooth. See you next year!

It was exactly what we wanted and where we wanted it.

My elderly mother and I came to Florida for a funeral and wanted a place to unwind and relax for a couple of days. The home turned out to be just what we needed. A beautiful calm quiet place for healing. We plan to come down again under better circumstances, with a couple family members.

A slice of heaven!

This house is EXACTLY what we wanted & needed for a week getaway with our kids! The location is AMAZING- we loved being able to kayak to dinner every night to Upper Deck & watched the sunset! The manatees flowed through sun up to sundown! Our daughters LOVED kayaking & the water is so crystal clear you can count the shells on the bottom! The state park & mermaid show are just a quick drive down the road too- the kids had a blast! The property is totally fenced in & we felt very safe letting our golden retriever run around free. The house had every cooking utensil, dish, tray, & even Tupperware & an air fryer! The house cleaner was SO FRIENDLY & helpful. Our daughters loved her! Great job & we hope to come back soon to your little slice of heaven!

Direct river home

We have stayed in many houses but always on one of the canals. This house is directly on river and far enough away from Rogers park that it is quiet We saw manatees swim by every day. Our stay was wonderful and relaxing

Really cute place!

We had a great time at the Weeki Wachee house and saw manatees every day. It was nice to have some boats for light paddling, but if you intend to do any long paddles, you will want to bring your own since the boats are older and have various issues like missing back rests or seat cushions. It was really great having the river just outside and the location is pretty good if you don't mind the barking dogs and yelling neighbor next door. Another thing to note is the 1/2 bath and laundry are in a separate small house, which was a little confusing at first, but not too bad. All in all, we loved our time there and if we go back to WW, we'll book again!

Cute little Bungalo

Comfortable accommodations. Kurig and Air Fryer available for use. Wifi works quite well in and out of the house. Extra half bath in the out building was convenient with 4 people staying. Jeff was very helpful with local information. Christmas boat parade was an unexpected extra! We had a fantastic weekend.

Family Weekend

Awesome! The weather was amazing. We saw manatees, fished , kayaked, swam at hospital hole, cooked out and had a wonderful night time fire pit. Property location was perfect and very clean. Had everything we needed.

Very happy with our stay

We had a great time at this location . There were plenty of kayaks for the river and a very functional setup. There were no issues with communication between us and the homeowner , or anything negative to say on the owners end. We had no problem fulfilling our vacation desires. I recommend this property to anyone.

Perfect family vacation

Everything was perfect for our family vacation. The tiki is beautiful and equipped with everything we needed. Jeff is a great host who is very attentive! It stormed almost everyday, but the weather cleared up long enough on our last day to kayak up to the beautiful clear waters of weeki wachee. It took about an hour on the kayak and made the trip unforgettable. Thank you Jeff for hosting our family. We will definitely be back!
