Ground level, spacious, great location, excellent pricing
From the outside, the ground level [a real bonus feature for us 70 year olds!) home looks small. But inside, it is so spacious and well planned out. The step up into each front bedroom was a few inches higher than a normal step, but as advertised and posed no real issue when used carefully. Having 2 1/2 modern, well placed bathrooms is a real plus. There are 3 separate seating areas that suit different needs. The house is fresh, clean and newly remodeled. The master ensuite is isolated from the living area which gives it privacy. Having a washer and dryer to use was so convenient. The kitchen is spacious and suited we 3 couples and 2 additional family members. The covered deck right on the river was a real bonus. As was the floating dock with plenty of kayaks. We played games at the comfortable seating area and fished right from the deck.We watched dolphins right in the canal and a mama manatee with 2 calves lingered and fed directly alongside the deck. We watched them within feet! Such a treat! Turtles swam in front daily.We enjoyed the firepit for an evening of game playing. Overall, we couldn't have chosen a better Host, location or home for our 5 sister, 3 brothers-in-law, a nephew and a grandson reunion. We had so many vehicles due to coming from 5 different areas a boat trailer to park, but Lisa gave us clear instructions on how to fit them all in the driveway and front yard, which was greatly appreciated.
