Close to everything! Located in the heart of Florida's Adventure Coast! One mile from Weeki Wachee Springs, home of the legendary Mermaid Show! One mile from crystal clear, spring-fed, Weeki Wachee River, where manatees abound! Hiking, walking trails, bike trails, rafting, canoeing, kayaking, boating, beaches, & swimming. Tampa, home of the Tampa Bay Rays, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Busch Gardens, Downtown Riverwalk, Ybor City, and everything Tampa has to offer, is only 1 hour away. St. Petersburg and Clearwater are also only 1 hour away. Orlando and all its' theme parks; Disney World, Sea World, Universal, etc., are only 1 ½ hours away. Wonderful, peaceful, place to stay

This was our second time staying at this VRBO property and we loved it. My sister lives about a five minute drive away, so it's very convenient for us--and there are lots of choices for restaurants if you choose to eat out. The house is large and well equipped, with a beautiful pool and hot tub. The owner, Vivian, is so nice, and always available when you have a question or problem. We plan to come back on our next family visit.

We have stayed at many VRBO (we started with Home Away) homes and this is the first one we have requested a return booking. The house and property are very nice and the location is ideal.The kids (age 15 to 23) loved the back yard, pool and hot tub.The home was extremely clean and well stocked. Communication with the hostess was excellent.

Excellent Rental - we stayed for a month

We spent the month of February at the property to get away from the cold in the northeast. The property is exactly as advertised. It is very large with a great lanai. The pool was too cold to swim in but we really enjoyed the hot tub. The home is clean, well-maintained and beautifully decorated with every amenity you could ever want. While we were there we had to call about a problem with the garbage disposal and the property manager showed up within 30 minutes and fixed it right up. The owners were very responsive to any questions throughout the whole process. We would definitely rent again.

The property was fantastic, our 1 year old Cavapoo loved the yard and the house. the weather was probably colder than usual for Florida, so we were unable to take advantage of the pool. we did use the hot tub a couple times. Our Grand daughters wanted to move in.

Wonderful Accommodations!

The property was as described. It was clean, check in was simple and the host responded to questions quickly. Loved all the little amenities...toiletries, water, granola bars, apples, etc. There were plenty of towels, we had a large group. We enjoyed the back patio, pool and hot tub. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, we were in town for 4 days for a wedding. Thanks Vivian!!

The perfect home!

We picked this home because of the spacious room it has. We were there for a family wedding and we were able to have family come visit us. The pool area was nice to hang out in. Having a golf course right in the back yard was fun. Please beware of the turtle or turtle's, they were on the golf course and once in the driveway when we were trying to leave the first day, so I checked everytime before leaving for them. Vivian is extremely nice and accomadating. If I have a situation where I need a rent a home close to family again, I will be looking to see if this one is available.

A Wonderful Stay even through a Hurricane

We were 3 adult having a long-awaited family reunion; we came from NY to visit my sister who lives nearby. Vivian, the owner, was very nice & always quick to respond to any issues. Hurricane Milton hit midweek, but we had running water, even when the power went out. The property is lovely & well appointed, with plenty of things to keep you busy. The house is huge, a bit of a maze with 2 large bedrooms and 2 smaller ones, plus 3 bathrooms. 1 of the large bedrooms is upstairs, but all the toilets are downstairs, so as Seniors who often get up during the night, we chose to sleep downstairs. The kitchen was well stocked & we spent a lot of time enjoying the lanai. Weather didn't permit using the pool, but we hope to do that next time. There are lots of restaurants & stores in the area. We really had no complaints and are hoping to stay here again on our next FL visit.

Golf Trip Success

My friends and I stayed at this property for 3 nights and had excellent accommodations during our stay. The house was prepped and ready when we arrived even shortly after hurricane Helene came through just days before. We traveled to different golf courses in the Tampa area during our stay and enjoyed the location. We were extremely pleased with all of the amenities offered and making it feel like home from beginning to end!

We had a great time!!

We visit Spring Hill often as we have a lot of family in the area. This home is just what we were looking for this past visit, the kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves, and we all hope to become repeat visitors! Beautiful home

We enjoyed our visit, it was quiet. The only downfall was we could not enjoy the hot tub because it was dirty, with that said, the owner offered to send someone but we were all out and had the dogs there, we opted out of that. Overall it was great, I highly recommend the property, the owner was super easy to communicate with and it was well stocked.

Beautiful Home off the Beaten Path

This home was absolutely beautiful inside and had anything you could think of for the kitchen. There were plenty of towels as well as dishwasher tablets, laundry soap, and even shampoo, conditioner and soap! The screened in pool was our favorite part! I would have enjoyed the hot tub more if we went in a different season!! Vivian was very quick to answer questions and even offered to come out and help us with an electronics issue. The house was very close to shopping and Pine Island Park! We had a great time!

This is the best home that we have ever stayed at! Vivian provided everything that we needed- towels, toothbrushes, razors, kids bath toys, potty seat- you name it! The house was close to stores and restaurants and very easy to get to. The house was spotless and the beds were very comfortable! The communication between Vivian and I was perfect- what other host answers on the first ring! 10/10 for customer service. We can’t wait to book our winter get away here! Home Away From Home

This property was perfect for our 2 week stay in Spring Hill. We were travelling with our yellow lab and the huge fenced in yard was truly a bonus. We had another couple stay a week with us and some other friends drop by, there was plenty of room.The layout of the house was perfect, everyone had their own privacy. Our hosts Vivian and John provided everything we needed, the house was fully stocked. The house is nicely decorated and spacious. It was fun to watch the golfers on the Oak Hills course directly behind us. We were also able to walk our dog on the golf course, we just opened the back gate and away we went. The yard also had a huge firepit that we enjoyed.The pool and lanai were very clean and awesome!. I just wish the weather was a little warmer (Feb 2-16), with the pool being unheated, it wasn’t used that much. The newly added hot tub made up for that though. A lovely addition to an already fantastic area in the lanai. I would highly recommend this property, our hosts were excellent in corresponding with us and wonderful to deal with. Came to Brooksville for my children's father's funeral

Sadly, my children's father passed away. Our oldest daughter lives in California and the youngest lives in Tampa. This house was perfect for our entire family to stay comfortably, celebrate his life and say goodbye. The house was beautiful, well equipped, very clean and had so many amenities. They made it so easy for us to check in and to make sure we had everything we needed. The fire pit and the swing in the backyard was just beautiful. They enjoyed the swimming pool and just everything about the house. Would highly recommend renting from this owner.

Just Fantastic

It felt like home away from home and the added touch was a basket of amenities and a stack new white washcloths, hand towels, bath towels we made good use the home. Our grandchildren came to visit everyday to swim in the pool.
