We had a problem with the air conditioning which the manager and owner immediately rectified with replacement of the unit! Can’t ask for better more proactive measures! The studio is well located just a minute walk to Riva and five minutes to Old Town. Very peaceful inside despite being so well located with all the restaurants and supermarkets just outside!

Very centrally located, private and great for our family of three. Amenities were wonderful, even in this compact space. Nice to have a microwave. Communication was prompt. I would definitely rent this apartment again!

Excellent location in Split

This was a fabulous room in the old part of Split. The electric kettle was great for coffee and tea, however the fridge was mounted inside of a cabinet and so I could not adjust the temperature. Not a big deal for us.Walking distance to the bus station all the Old Town and to Marjan hill. We walked a bunch. Anna was very nice to locate us when we arrived as we were not able to get sim card for our phone.

Beautiful apartment in perfect location.

The apartment was like a lovely hotel room, very well decorated and lovely and clean. It had a fridge and kettle which were greatly appreciated. The owner communicated extremely well and was very helpful and accommodating. It’s a fantastic location, only a few steps from Riva in Split!
