Good location. Nice place. Good service. Only thing bad about it is if you are in the rooms facing the street there is a manhole cover that goes "bang bang" every time a car goes over it, not the fault of the hotel though.

We spent one night in room #2. The room was very comfortable, super clean with modern furnishing. There was a mini fridge and water kettle in the room. The bedding was extremely comfortable with two separate twin comforter for the king bed. The bathroom was super modern and there was a mini shower gel and lotion available. The location is fantastic, close to everything and very walkable. The host communicated clearly about how to check in. Main issues: If you arrive by car, there is no easy way to get dropped off with luggage. You will have to park at least a block from the building. The host is only available until noon. Three flights of stairs and no elevator to get to the hotel story. Very loud neighborhood until late at night and from early in the morning. Luggage storage is leaving your belongings unattended in the lobby (behind locked door, but accessible to anyone with the check-in information). All in all it was a good affordable stay for one night but I wouldn't return there.

Clean, Yerka was in communication before I even arrived to Split with check in instructions, right by harbor and Diocletians palace so super convenient. The only slight negative was that the water boiler is small so for the second shower in a day or a longer shower, the water would not be hot anymore.

The property was as advertised and was very close to the ferry, bus, and Old Town. Very walkable to all of them. However the room was VERY small. Two adults with a bag each did not fit comfortably at all. If it was just me I would stay here again, but as a couple we could not do it again.

Amazing location, highly recommend!

Amazing location, super walkable to everything in Split. The room and bathroom were very spacious compared to a lot of rooms we’ve had in Europe. Bed was comfortable and enjoyed having a balcony. Would stay here again and recommend!

Location was perfectly situated between Old Town and the beach. The amenities were more than enough, since you’ll just be exploring the town anyways. They have very good instructions on late check-in. Ria, the attendant was very friendly and kind. She made the stay extra special.

Great stay, very clean and everything I needed for a short stay when I would be out exploring most of the time! More of an apartment block than a hotel but not a problem for me, access was simple and didn’t mind nobody being around when I entered and exited. Good location for old town and port to catch ferries. I arrived late and organised a transfer with the hotel - taxi driver Alan was really friendly and helpful and a great first impression of the people of Croatia! Knocked a star off for the the facilities as I found the safe wasn't attached in the wardrobe. It wasn’t super heavy or large so you could’ve just picked it up and walked away with it…

Small apartment close (only 5-10 minutes walk) from the old city and the ferry port. Doesn't look like anything special from outside, but inside a nice upscale apartment. Not huge but functional. Nice rain shower in a modern bathroom. Small work desk, and kettle. Staff friendly and helpful.

Our room was so conveniently located to The Riv. just enough away to not get the party goers at night but close enough to walk to everything. The room was compact but spacious enough for me and my daughter. Very clean as well. I would stay there again. We had a problem figuring out the AC (user error). A few WhatsApp texts and it was solved. Loved our stay!!

Overall, this is a good place to stay in Split! The location is super convenient. While it’s not in the heart of Old Town, it’s a quick walk away and in a quieter area, which is nice for sleeping. The biggest downside is that there isn’t a whole lot of privacy, but I would recommend it!
