It is located on the second floor of the private house, with one big and one smaller balcony with the magnificent forest park view.

Unlike majority of other apartments, it is very close to beaches and parks at the west end of the city.

It's just few minutes walking to two popular beaches Obojena Svjetlost and Kasjuni.

Split west seafront, Riva promenade, famous Diocletians Palace and Prokrative square are also within walking distance or just few min by car.

Living room has a big LED TV with cable channels and a comfortable sofa sleeping one person.

Bathroom has a shower, hair dryer and washing machine.

**** House rules:

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, but you can smoke on the balconies.

Pets are not allowed, sorry.

We expect normal house behaviour - please watch out not to break anything, leave the apartment tidy as you found it and don't make noise to other people in the house.

Also please don't forget to enjoy your stay here!

Check in time is 2 p.m., check out at 10 a.m., flexible if possible.

You will have the exclusive access to the apartment and its balconies.

We provide one free private parking spot, and street also always have a free spots to park.


**** The Neighbourhood:

Apartment is located in the center of Split, in a quiet residential neighbourhood called Meje.

The city part where the apartment is located is within walking range of virtually everything worth visiting in Split: restaurants, coffee bars, green market, fish market, shops, tourist bureau, famous city seafront...

Popular Split beaches Obojena Svjetlost and Kasjuni are within 4-10 minutes walking from the apartment.


**** Getting around:

Bus station is within two minutes walking.

Grocery store, bars, restaurants etc. are 6 min walk from the apartment.

***** Notice for the Ultra Music Festival (UMF) guests:

Stay from 9th to 13th of July (4 nights) is mandatory. Please do not make reservation for less than that. You are welcome to come earlier or stay later than those dates.

Everything needed for stay will be provided including internet password, sheets, linen etc.

We do not provide beach towels.
